Smooth escrow flow, took about a day for full setup
I recently purchased an established account package on the platform. Overall, the experience was smooth and straightforward. The main reason I’m giving 5 stars is the escrow workflow—knowing the funds were held until I had a chance to log in and inspect the access credentials gave me a lot of confidence in the transaction.
The handover took roughly 18 hours from payment to final transfer. Support was responsive via email when I asked a question about updating the recovery details, and they guided me through the verification checklist step-by-step.
The only minor thing that could be improved is making the initial transfer status updates a bit more obvious in the user dashboard while you wait, as it wasn't clear if the seller or support was handling the current step. Otherwise, a very secure and professional platform for digital asset transfers. I'd use them again.
