Excellent service very prompt and efficient

I've no complaints, only good points to make - for a while, i felt the guide price was too low and the purchasers got too good a bargain. Now in the clear light of day and away from the logic of deal-making, I'm glad the process happened the way it did. I was in charge of decision-making but yet there was a lot of back-up at the right time. Louise's comment "getting a buyer is the easy bit, but getting the deal approved is where the work is !" was very apt. So well done all round, because it's a team effort including myself in that whole conversation .. the other thing that really matters is the trust issue and this is a strong point for Greenwoods

Very good service whilst selling our home, although sometimes a little slow to provide updates. However, an estate agent that we would recommend.

Whilst being the highest selling valuation we received there was a significant drop in price to achieve a sale. We appreciated the property required updating & the final sale price reflected that. Feedback during the sale process was good & accompanied viewings were appreciated.
