Having used other larger Letting Agents on North Street, with very mixed and usually frustrating results, I have been mightily impressed by the Letting Services offered by Greenwoods on Wells Road. The whole process was quick and easy. The initial property appraisal was thorough and constructive. The matching of tenants to the property was quick, painless and spot on in terms of what I was looking for. Lisa and Emma were great to deal with throughout. Unlike some of the bigger outfits you get personal service instead of anonymous departments for this that and the other. My new tenants also commented favourably on this personal service.

An extremely thorough and professional experience. Having had a not so good experience with another agency, it was so refreshing to deal with a company who made the whole process feel easy. Especially Louise (Totterdown), I couldn’t recommend her enough.
