Purchasing our new flat was a pleasure through Greenwoods Property (Bristol branch). The service was great and the in particular Branch Manager Phil went above and beyond in order get our purchase through in the current climate of COVID. As first time buyers we were happy to receive responses to queries in a fast and helpful manner. Recommended.

I cannot recommend Greenwood's Estate Agents highly enough. Their professionalism and support made my property sale as stress free as possible. The team responded to calls and emails within a couple of hours. The final stages of my move was in the start of COVID-19 not an easy situation for any of parties involved, the team continued to provide a seamless service. I cannot thank you enough.

We had a great experience with Greenwoods from start to finish, they marketed our house well and we sold within the first few viewings! It wasn't an easy ride for us to then find a house but Phil was so helpful and reassuring all the way through, keeping our buyer well informed and was super generous with his advice to me as we hit stumbling block after stumbling with our purchase. They were by far the best estate agents we dealt with (and believe me, we met a lot!) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house. I don't intend to move any time soon but if the situation did ever arise I would head straight back to Phil and the team.

The team were always professional, responded quickly, kept me up to date by text, email and phone calls from the initial request, viewing and negotiation stages.
They even printed off other documents for me as I didn't have a printer.
