They were great from start to finish. Promptly replied to my inquiry, reconfirmed in advance, arrived on time, friendly, gentle with my belongings, and came in under budget. On top of all that, the guys were FUNNY! I could tell they enjoyed their job and worked well together. Best movers I have ever used... And I have moved over 30 times! I definitely will hire them again and strongly recommend them to everyone.

The crew was on time, professional, friendly and efficient. They made our move easy.

Moved from Dallas to Houston and it was great. Estimate was spot on and never changed.

The guys were very thorough and efficient with packing and moving my stuff. I WILL definitely use them again.

Very pleased with the movers. Be prepared your estimate will be $800.00 plus more than estimate. You should only have to pay for time they are actually working and Eztimated drive time.

Let me start with the positive side, my sales rep in Miami, Eli, was very nice in our first meeting and promise me the world! Delivery complete one week prior to original date.

Now lets talk about the real deal. I'm used to move around a lot, national and internationally so I know what to expect. When sales rep show up at my house I told him MULTIPLE times what i was looking for: FULL service packing, UNPACKING, remove all boxes, insurence. I mention about my pregnancy and how i couldn't do any lifting. And i would pay extra to have full service. I didn't want any surprises! He mention few times no hidden cost.

Between first meeting until packing day I realized insurance was not included (hidden cost) but he sent me the quote for insurance and I agreed. He asked me to call couple insurance company but I mention I would not have time. Pass forward to moving day. Sales rep show up in my house with few guys to pack everything and the first thing He asked was "did you get your insurance?". He got very heat up and aggressive but after couple hours and a lot of stress we solved the problem. Of course he never apologize or took any responsibility.

One more surprised when Eli mention full unpacking service was only for kitchen. Nothing else!
I couldn't believe. I was so surprised and even open up my email with the quote saying "FULL UNPACKING SERVICE" to show him but his explanation was "full unpacking is only for kitchen and you should know that". How do I know that?
Also he mention on this moment his driver will NOT remove any boxes after delivery.
So pretty much all my request on my quote was not there! All my conversion with Eli was for nothing because all the service I had requested didn't happened.

The way they were packing everything I knew it wouldn't survive the trip from Miami to Seattle. They were packing frames, art wall together, without protection. Floor lamp inside box with clothes and pillows on top of each other.

Lets now talk about the delivery day. Driver called to inform about delivery. First attempt was on wednesday 7pm. I asked if he could show up at normal business hours and his answer was "it is 7pm or no delivery for you". I agreed with 7pm on wed. He called me 7pm saying he was 30 min out than called again at 7:30 saying he couldn't make it so lets try again on the next day. Thursday around 7:30pm they showed up.

Per driver, truck couldn't fit on my street so he had to park on the corner (my house is a corner house) and charged me extra $75. I went back on my contract and it says you have to pay extra IF truck is parked more than 100 feet from the entrance of the house, which was not. BTW, you don't have any option or conversation. The communication was "pay now or I will dump your furniture".

Driver was super rude, aggressive. I had to call my husband to come back home from work because I didn't feel safe.

I asked for the paper work so we can mark all boxes delivery and driver got SUPER mad saying "no need to check anything". Which wouldn't happen! I moved way too many times to know better than that.
Driver got furious with kitchen unpack and complained the entire time. He just dump everything, everywhere and of course broke few itens.

Local team was great! They were super friendly and helpful.

Few problems with delivery: a very important part of my sofa bed is missing so we cannot use the sofa as sofa bed anymore. This is a 10 months old sofa! Got a lot of fine wine glasses, cups and art decoration broken. One box missing! Floor and table lamp completely destroyed.

I contact my sales rep few times with pictures and explaining my frustration and he not only interrupt the conversation but he doesn't take any responsibility.
About the lamp he said "it is from Ikea". I found it very disrespectful. I moved before from Ohio to Asia with the same lamps and it was all good! Now from Miami to Seattle it is "too cheap to survive?!".
About the sofa he didn't have anything to say.

This was for sure the worse experience! So many problems, hidden cost and poor communication. .

I had a VERY good experience. Eli and two other movers showed up on time, confirmed my cost estimate as promised, helped pack up the little things and loose box tops, guitars, broken boxes - no extra charge. Just to be nice. Packed up a 1 bedroom apartment from storage in about 2 1/2 hours. Made everything safe and travel ready. Great company. Steve

It was great from start to finish! They showed up on time fully prepared and ready to go. They were cautious and handled everything with care. It was very fast and very professional, would definitely recommend!

I’ve moved several times in the past. The best move I have ever had. Very Professional from top to bottom. The office staff all the way to the movers. I would recommend Green Vanlines to anyone. Great experience !!

Movers were hour and a half late showing up. Were not time efficient, took two hour lunch break. When they got stuff to the other house, just piled stuff on each other in shed. Busted two batteries for our R.V. When I asked about them being replaced, was told that they weren’t supposed to have loaded them. Also didn’t do walk through after everything was loaded and stuff was left behind. I had to load myself and move it. Paid $2800.00 for a local move. Was a very bad experience for me!!

Great Company! On time to load and deliver! Very careful with all of my Antiques and furniture. I would certainly recommend them to anyone!

There was a bit of confusion initially, as the guys showed up 2 hours early and weren’t aware of all that needed to be moved. Once we cleared up the misunderstanding they were very efficient and fast. My whole apartment was moved into my new place in 2 hours! It was double what I was initially quoted, which really sucked, but they guys were great for the most part.

Great service, knowledgeable and creative solutions to move in a light rain.

Rocky and the Green Van Lines crew listened to my wife and me, and worked with us to provide the smoothest and most worry-free move we have ever experienced. They kept the cost right at our budgeted amount and NOTHING was broken or missing after they unloaded at our new home. Couldn't be more satisfied.
