Amazing experience with this solar company.

Amazing comunication along the way with Gina and Pete. After I accepted the quote, which was the best out of 3, one week later the instalation was done in just 2 days. Everything where they worked was left clean and tidy and all the lads were very respectful around the property. I had no issues, but anything I did not know or wanted to be informed, Gina from admin was there to help me after a quick email. Also all the paperwork needed to export electricity was ready a few days after the instalation, like the MCS certificate. I highly recommend them!

I received 5 quotes, some higher & some lower. I decided to go with these guys based on a fair price for equipment that has a good reputation. I couldn't decide on just seeing trust pilot reviews, but was given details of a local install that I went to view. The guy was happy with install & looking at his work cemented my decision.
Pete called round to see my property & drank all my tea 🤣. Gina forwarded my quote in good time & was always there to answer any reservations that I had. The job was surveyed before any deposit was paid just to confirm options. Install a week later which was completed in one day by 3 hard working guys. Left my home clean & tidy. Small issue was resolved immediately without fuss. I couldn't of chosen a better company for my install.
I will surely share Greentech Renewables ltd bury with my friends & family if they are looking for solar pv install.

The sales rep give an honest down to earth evaluation and answered any concerns, the technical and installation team reviewed and agreed any changes before starting work which was competently completed.

From the outset, I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism of Greentech. Clear language, easily approachable for the non-tech savvy, no bullsh*t, promises kept, tidy workmanship and above all, sensible pricing. Would happily recommend them to anyone thinking of installing solar pv.

We have just had our solar panels and battery installed by Greentech Renewables and the service we received was excellent. From the first contact with Gina, the visit by Sid (we like the fact that someone came to our house in person to do the initial survey), then the installation survey by Andy, followed by the installation team, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly and every step in the process was explained to us in detail. We had quite a few quotes from other companies and it was the excellent Trustpilot reviews that finally made us choose Greentech. We were really satisfied with the service we received and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company to family and friends.

Greentech Renewables are totally HONEST, GENUINE people. Offer truly KNOWLEDGEABLE advice (which cant be said for the other 2 solar companies I contacted who just completed mis-lead me). They are UNBELIEAVABLY PROFESSIONAL from quote to satisfying all my questions after installation, about how to operate the system to get the best value for me. The whole experience was carried out EXTREMELY SWIFTLY with brilliant COMMUNICATION throughout. On the day of installation they came as planned and carried out the whole job in a very CLEAN and COMPETENT manner. Greentech Renewables were professional, friendly and helpful from the first contact right through to the installation. We had some planning issues which they handled very well. Their price was competitive and the work was carried out extremely well and on time. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

What an absolutely brilliant company to deal with.
I contacted Greentech Renewables to acquire a quote for a solar and battery set up. Right from the start they were extremely helpful, informative and knowledgeable. Unlike some other companies I dealt with, they where in no way pushy or over eager to gain my business. Unfortunately, at the last minute before the scaffolding went up, my funds I had arranged fell through and I was forced to cancel the install for now. Again the company were very understanding and made the appropriate arrangements to cancel and refunded my deposit.

No pressure sales from the beginning , very thorough survey fully explaining everything , on installation everything went well from the scaffolding to the install , very clean and tidy and explained fully how everything works and set the monitor up on my iPad for me

Very professional from start to finish. Never thought about having Solar until the Representative explained the savings and how the system would benefit us. We'll be getting an instant return on our investment. Great experience overall and I'm glad we're making the step to protect us from future price increases.

I had a few quotes before I decided to use Greentech and I can honestly say that the way I was treated as a customer was second to none. These guys were so informative, compared to other companies and showed me numerous ways of making savings in my home, that had nothing to do with solar.

They honestly care about the customers needs.

Greentech were excellent from the 1st phone call. I was given a price subject to survey which was subsequently confirmed.
The job was well organised and communication was good.
Scaffolding was erected the day before and the installation team arrived as planned. They carried out the installation in very heavy rain with no complaints.
The installation was started about 9.30 and fully completed and operational by around 4 to 4.30pm.
Early days to see the benefit but even though the January weather has been very wet the system is generating power every day.
Friendly helpful team onsite who were tidy and tidied up after the work was finished.
