I've booked the visit for boiler service well in advance, visit cancelled less then 24 hours before agreed date and time

Lee and Leo were brilliant. They worked solidly through really hot weather. They were friendly and considerate.

The engineer arrived on time was incredibly polite and expedited the replacement in a very efficient manner.

The engineer also improved the shut off valve under the sink showing initiative and sensitivity about the inadequacy that was there.

Greenstar are highly recommended and if the Engineer who attended was anything to go by they have exceptional staff who are a credit to them.

Lee replaced our clay gully with a plastic one. He did an excellent job under hot weather conditions and left the site very tidy.

Excellent service through. Great communication, kept fully informed at each stage. Special thanks to Simon, who found the leak and repaired it, and to Lee, who did a great job reinstating the concrete floor. Both Simon and Lee were a credit to the company, courteous and respectful, leaving the property clean and tidy after each of their three visits.

The Greenstar engineer, Chris Hall, carried out a very thorough leak detection service at my elderly mother’s property. He was very knowledgeable & happy to offer advice & answer any questions that we had. Chris was punctual (calling ahead to advise of his arrival time), & kept my mother informed throughout the process.
Also, the office staff we dealt with were friendly & professional.
Overall, excellent service.

Excellent service from Greenstar. On servicing the boiler found low supply gas pressure and immediately called Southern Gas Network to check the supply to the house. Chris the engineer was very informative as to the problem and the SGN engineer was around straight away to go through the next steps.

Needed a new boiler and Simon from Greenstar provided great advice, and their office staff were also friendly and professional - answering all the questions we had and helping us to make our decisions. On the day of installation, Ryan called ahead of arriving to confirm when he would be at our house, and proceeded to work really hard all day to install the new boiler. Workmanship looks top-notch and the job was completed in a very efficient, professional and friendly manner. The new boiler is now up and running with everything left very clean and tidy. I contacted Greenstar for their Leak Detection service and after their visit today, I can highly recommend this company.
The booking of the appointment was easy, polite and helpful member of staff on the phone.
I was phoned 40mins prior to their arrival, to confirm what time they would be with me.
Lee the plumber who carried out the job, was polite courteous, knowledgable and kept me informed throughout the whole visit of what to expect, what he was doing and explaining his findings.

Great service from Chris on both recent visits to my house.

We had to have two bits of work carried out, a central heating tank and then a new hot water cylinder both causing leaks within a week. Work was done efficiently and with minimum disruption. We were kept abreast of timings and documentation was comprehensive. Annual boiler inspection was also completed.

Lee from Greenstar Property Services Ltd carried out a really thorough leak detection service at our home as we had been loosing pressure in our boiler for quite a while. This was our second survey but it was Lee that took the time and found several issues which we can now deal with. Excellent and prompt service to remove blocked drain

Green star were called out by our insurer when our heating failed. Chris attended and after a thorough check had to deliver the bad news that a new boiler was the only economic solution - the evidence was clear. He was knowledgeable and professional and a credit to Green star. Thank you.

Had our gas hob replaced. Arrived on time. Completed the work quickly ensuring that all gas checks were made. Engineer was very friendly and would definately use them again
