Scammers! Sold me a faulty bike. Can not even get in contact with them. Thieves!!

The scooter is exactly what I wanted. Plenty fast enough for getting to work. I somehow damaged the throttle cable. I emailed this company to ask about how to get in repaired and heard nothing from them. Ended up getting it repaired by a bicycle repair man. So I'd say that the customer service is very poor.

We bought a bike in April for one of our employees as part of the cycle to work scheme and took out the extended warranty. The bike broke and we have been trying to resolve the issue since May with no success. Endless emails, most unanswered and finally an agreement a couple of months to replace the bike as no retailer would touch the bike under the warranty agreement. Since then - nothing! Communication has ceased completely - we have a warranty we can't use and a bike we can't ride. Terrible service and would not recommend.

Auto brake kept kicking in at high speed, dangerous, initial communication was good, but then no response, help, completely ignored, wasted £750 on a scooter that could have killed me, plenty of proof that everything I said is true, AVOID !!!!!

My throttle controller snapped of they blamed me for it breaking even tho it was coz the joint where it connected was a weak point they blamed my riding so I payed for the new part as I needed it is one wire u unclip and new one clips bk in but the new controller the miles didn't work on it and the battery level indicator stays at full no matter how long u ride for so you never know how much battery u have i got in touch with them and they told me that I had installed it wrong lol its one wire its impossible to install wrong but again they wouldn't take responsibility i wouldn't recommend these to anybody where u compliment there product they love it send u nice messages but as soon as you have an issue its your fault not there's do not buy of them

My warranty can't be upheld because this company has gone bust. So I have a bike with no warranty not even the manufacturer will honour the agreement, because this company is dodgy as feck!!

This company is a scam stole my money no replys to emails no derlivey 5 months over 3 grand gone avoid avoid

Purchased a new Engwe bike which was faulty, Green Motor Suppliers ignored all my emails and there was no way to contact them by phone.
I would avoid this company at all costs, I was left with a faulty bike and I’m now in talks with the ombudsman- AVOID!!!

I purchased a Lankeleisi 800 plus in may and the bike was great it was delivered on time and easy to assemble after doing roughly 150 miles it started clicking from the pedal area . Only under load uphill etc
I went to a local cycle shop and purchased a set of pedals that didn’t solve the problem so emailed this company to which they have no servicing team and whatever is wrong with the bike I have to pay for it but they say it’ll be wear or tear ! So doesn’t come under the warranty ! Not a great help to me considering it cost £1550

Have problems with the battery and they are not interested in dealing with the problem, there ok until there is a problem!

If I could give zero I would! Shocking service when a problem with the item. They ignore messages and hang up on me when I try to call, now I’m blocked by them! Avoid

I purchased my Engwe L20 in March 2025 from Green Motor Supplier and I have proof of purchase and delivery. Order number is #1096. Initially the bike was OK and I had a few teething problems which I was promised would be rectified by email correspondence.
I was promised 3 replacement parts and a refund for a local service on brakes and gears.I sent 4 emails confirming the parts had not arrived and also sent my receipt for said service. I have not heard back for 2 weeks. Their Web chat does not exists, they have no phone number and have not responded to my Facebook messages either. Do not use this company unless you are happy to be ignored if anything goes wrong.

I bought a scooter with alot of problems. After 1 day they told me to take it to be fixed at a shop and they would reimburse me. After several days it stopped working and there was no padding behind the battery causing it to fail. They told me they would send me a new battery and after a few weeks I moved the old battery and it was sparking. When I opened it to make it safe the bms had burnt to a crisp. I informed them that it could of killed me and my family and burnt my house down they made me video the battery to prove it was the same one I had pictured initially then told me it was my fault and they refused to replace it. They stopped responding to my emails. Absolute Scam artists and will be taking this further.

Please don’t buy any bicycles from GREEN MOTOR they don’t respond to any emails you sent I ordered the bike from the website and received a faulty bike, I have reported the problem next day and the issue was not resolved after 3 months with GREEN MOTOR I had to take legal action against them. They don’t resolve any issues you have with the bike Please don’t buy any bikes from them.

Great service Delivery of ebike flawless
The ebike is great the 250 electric motor helps on hills but doesn't take away the experience of riding as a normal bike
it's as advertised the power is there to assist

I bought two electric bikes from Green Motor Supplier. The first Engwe e26 and the second for my wife Engwe l20. The bikes are great and their price is the lowest in the UK. Customer service is very professional and answers all questions. The company assured me that they offer post-warranty support, which is very important. Delivery took about 5 working days. I recommend Green Motor Supplier to all those who are undecided.
