Dettagli dell'azienda
Scritti dall'azienda
Green Motion operates a car rental service for Faro Airport (FAO), with an off-airport desk on Rua Aquilino Ribeiro in Faro reached by shuttle. This branch serves travellers arriving at and departing from Faro. After collecting luggage and clearing customs, ignore the Rent-a-Car signs and instead walk past Delta Café towards the Arrivals Hall, continuing inside the terminal until you reach Costa Coffee. From there, leave the terminal via exit B and head to the Kiss & Fly car park, next to the Traveller's Rest, where the shuttle to the rental desk picks up. Shuttles run roughly every 15 minutes in summer and every 30 minutes in winter. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 08:00–21:00, including public holidays.

Something not right with your rental?
Our customer care team will look into it personally
If your rental didn't go the way it should have, we want to put it right. Email our customer care team at ics@cs.greenmotion.com and include:
• your booking reference
• the location you rented from
• a short summary of what happened, plus any photos or receipts
This lets our head office team review your rental record with the branch straight away, rather than coming back to you with questions. Deposit, charge and damage queries are all handled by the same team.
Thank you for telling us. Every review on this page is read, and your feedback goes back to the branch team so we can keep improving.

Thank you for your balanced review. We’re glad you liked the car and the service at Faro. We also hear that you found the insurance price too high, and appreciate you raising that concern.
Wrong vehicle!
The large cargo minibus vehicle I booked was damaged and had been returned to Lisbon, so I had a normal 9 seat minibus which meant we were very limited to luggage space. I had to remove the rear row of seats to fit all required equipment into the vehicle.

Risposta di Green Motion Car and Van Rental - Green Motion Faro Airport
Thank you for explaining what happened at Faro. We’re sorry the large cargo minibus you booked was unavailable and the replacement nine-seat vehicle left too little room for your luggage and equipment. Having to remove the rear seats was an inconvenience. We appreciate you raising this despite the overall four-star rating.
Great car
Great car, great experience
Only down side is the instructions to get picked up aren't that clear. Which caused a fair bit of walking around trying to find the van
