Hey Aurore, thank you so much for your valuable feedback. We want to ensure you are getting the most from our products. CBD should be taken over a long to medium period of time, 6-12 weeks to feel the maximum benefit.

It should also be taken 2 x per day, morning and night, 7 days a week, for the entire period your bottle lasts. I.e. 1 month, 6 weeks. Missing days or skipping taking the product will reduce it's effectiveness greatly and result in subpar results compared to 95% of our customers incredibly positive results.

Most of our customers report amazing results after taking our product in the fashion above, we'd really like to turn your experience around and would love to see your results match those of our other reviews.

Would you be open to having a chat and trying to find the best product to deliver the best results? I will personally email you and hopefully we can turn this around for you.

Thank you so much for your positive review, our products are all produced under licensed operations in Europe and our plants are specifically grown for their cannabinoid content unlike 99% of plants in the EU which are grown for industrial purposes.

This means that our plant biologists have specifically taken the time, care and patience needed to develop a plant that produces the right levels of CBD, CBG, CBDa, CBV, CBC and a plethora of numerous other cannabinoids to achieve maximum potency.

You can't really make t-shirts from our hemp like the other 99% but it sure does pack a massive load of plant based zinc, polyphenols, plant lipids (CBD works better when plant lipids are kept in) chlorophyll and numerous other micro and macro nutrients not to mention the abundant cannabinoids present.

"Pure CBD" means all of this good stuff is ripped out using harsh processes, our CBD hasn't had this done to it which is why it's such a beautiful rich green color. Which is most likely the reason you had a good experience with our product versus other products available on the high-street.

Hey Ash,

Thank you so much for your feedback and for letting us know that your product didn't arrive within expected timescales.

We're so sorry that we didn't deliver in the usual prompt and speedy manner that we usually do.

Generally speaking, orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day and usually take about 3 days to arrive, any time after 3pm they will be dispatched the next day at 9am.

Due to the current delivery climate things are a bit disjointed with most couriers. We've been very fortunate that Royal Mail and our other couriers are doing so well getting things out this quick. We're grateful to them for their service during these troubling times but rest assured we will be speaking to them regarding the poor time scales on this delivery.

We understand that there's quite possibly nothing worse than needing your CBD and it being delayed in arriving.

We'd love to be able to turn your 4 stars into a 5 star review. Please expect an email from our customer services department and we will look into the specifics of why this order didn't turn up on time.

Hey Diana,

I'm so sorry to hear that there was a discrepancy here.

We haven't changed any of the products we offer, 330mg, 530mg, 1000mg is our base line up and has been for several years. The website should have the exact same products as all of our 15 other stores. I'm unsure exactly what has gone wrong here but I will do everything in my power to correct it.

The Colchester store in 6a Eld Lane has permanently closed but not to worry, in the next month or so we will have a much bigger and much better location on the main high street in Colchester.

We would be more than happy to speak with you at that store when it opens and we would love to get you the right product in the mean time. I will send you over an email and hopefully we can turn this around for you and deliver a 5 star experience.

Thank you so much for the recognition, we really care about the quality of our product and for that reason we spare nothing in creating the highest quality cannabinoids the U.K. has to offer.

You are correct, there are cheaper "CBD" products out there, we acknowledge that there are brands out there selling for prices that seem too good to be true. In our experience, this rings true.

Our company was founded by someone who went through that exact false economy circus.

In 2017 the founder of the company was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, this led him on a search for a CBD product that would manage his disease without the need for invasive, life changing, potentially killer drugs that would change or potentially end his life.

He had seen many many people online with RA who were managing their pain and reducing the impact this auto-immune disease had on their lives using CBD in America. So this became his focus.

He had tried over 100 different CBD brands in the EU and beyond and nothing seemed to work, the only thing that happened was he drained away money on cheap products that claimed to offer relief without any tangible results.

Only after a visit to America and having tried medical grade CBD / THC products was the realization made that we need the same, if not similar plant genetics to what is being grown in America to be sold here in the UK.

So that's what we did.

Our products are unique, we don't use the same plant genetics as any other brands out there, we farm in an agriculturally friendly way to the environment with no PGR's, no GMO's, no pesticides and no artificial growth hormones to beef the plants up. We have a unique genetic species of hemp that was cross bred for the specific purposes of preserving as much of the natural plant enzymes as possible in their acidic form.

You probably can't make a good t-shirt from our hemp but you can make the cleanest, most cannabinoid potent and environmentally friendly CBD oil that exists on the market.

This diagnosis is the reason Green Machine exists, but the oil is how we shine and set ourselves apart from the cheaper products on the market.

Our customers swear by our oil and to this day so do we. We're so grateful that you recognize the difference in our product and we hope to continue serving you for as long as you need us.
