My overall experience with Green Energy Renewables was excellent. From the outset, the property evaluation was extremely thorough, highlighting details I hadn’t previously considered. The planning process was entirely bespoke and tailored to the specific requirements of my house.
We encountered several challenges, including the location of the fuse box and the routing of cables to the air source heat pump unit. Other providers had been unable to propose a workable solution, but Green Energy Renewables handled these issues with great technical insight and a logical, well-considered approach.
The team clearly explained how the air source heat pump would integrate with my existing solar panels, battery system, and underfloor heating. Their explanation of how each component interacts was comprehensive and easy to understand.
The installation itself was completed in just three days—much quicker than expected—and the quality of the engineering was outstanding. The installation team was professional, courteous, and meticulous throughout. The handover process was also clear and well-structured.

We could not be happier about choosing this company for our new heat pump. From the beginning to the end, everything was top-grade!

Our installation was not an easy one as I had some specific requirements, but Luke and Callum handled everything with genuine expertise - and a smile on top!!

I should perhaps explain that I was against the installation of a heat pump to replace our three-year-old gas boiler; it was my husband's idea - he had spent months researching the topic and had come across the Heat Geek, a highly respected expert on the subject. He decided to contact a Heat Geek-accredited installer in our area. At the time, I felt that whoever came to survey our property would have a hard time convincing me! However, Luke was so knowledgeable and passionate about his work, easy to talk to, and above all, he knew all the answers to dissipate the misgivings I had about changing to an air-source heat pump system.

The work is now completed, and I can only say we are delighted with our new system. It's not only about lower energy costs and being mindful of the future of our planet, but it's also easy running and more comfortable! It's a win-win!

I would highly recommend Luke and Callum. It is clear that they know and understand their stuff inside-out, and they are also both very pleasant at all times, helpful, respectful, patient and solution-oriented.

From first contact to the completed installation we could not have chosen a better installation firm. The planning and quotation were very clear and carried out by Luke, who from our first meeting impressed us with his knowledge, experience and expertise.

When it came to the installation, Luke, Callum and all the team worked really hard to upgrade our radiators and install our new heat pump system. They were very respectful of both ourselves and our property and we are grateful to them for what was not an easy installation. It also happened to be the hottest week of 2025 which was not ideal.

All the work was installed, completed and tested in a week and we are delighted with the whole system. Also their knowledge of the system was excellent and they gave us clear instructions on how to operate it at the handover.

As part of the government boiler upgrade initiative Luke & Will (mainly Luke) installed an air source heat pump, plus a hot water cylinder & immersion heater, they also changed 3 of our radiators as they weren't large enough. The fitting of the hot water cylinder was very tricky as it only just fitted in our airing cupboard (I really don't know how they managed to get it in) but they made an excellent job of it, the masses of pipework necessary for the job was extremely neat, so much so it was a shame to have to have it lagged! Luke was a fount of knowledge and expertise about his job and could answer any questions we had. Once the app was downloaded to my phone he went over the details and made it easy to follow. We already had solar panels but would thoroughly recommend Luke to install either those or a heat pump system. Thank you Luke.

Great service from start to finish. Christian was incredibly helpful in explaining our initial options on which solar system would be best for our home. Once we decided what we’d go for, our installation was swiftly booked in! The installation itself was completed in 1 day, by that evening we were generating our own electricity!! Great company throughout, I’d recommend to anyone. Thanks again Luke and the team!
