I love coming to the Harrier pub in Peterborough, the staff are great and always helpful and cheerful. And the beer and food are always good. And Kammi is always smiling and welcoming

Had another lovely lunch at the Junction Pub and Restaurant in Newcastle today. The staff was very friendly and our food was piping hot. We have been on several occasions and it never disappoints

We attended the Hatch at Old Basing a week ago to celebrate a wedding anniversary. We were greeted nicely on arrival & shown to a table that contained food menu's & a specific drinks menu called "Summer Sips". On this drinks menu they had "Chapel Down A Touch of Sparkle" at £8.90 for a 125ml glass or £35.50 for a bottle. We made our main course & I went to the bar to make our order. I requested 2 x glasses of the Chapel Down & the barman fetched the bottle, then checked the till & could not find a price - he then got another staff member who went off to check for a price - she returned & apologised that even though we knew the prices, they couldn't sell it to us as the price was not on the till system. This was their 'Summer Sips' promotion, this was 7 September & yet the price was not on the system - really?! We had to choose some other drink, which spoilt our celebration, to the point where we did not stay for a dessert - that's a first! Ironically, all other items went through their till system without an issue as did the customer also waiting at the bar alongside me! Surely, the staff/manager could have put the Chapel Down drinks through manually or used a similar priced drink instead? I sent a complaint to Greene King customer services, who investigated with the Hatch, who confirmed that a till system relating to that product was an issue. They gave a half-hearted generic worded apology, but no offer of a small gesture of goodwill - as there are so many other restaurants in the area, we will NOT be returning to the Hatch & cannot recommend it to others.

Visited Inn on the Green in stanford-le-hope for lunch and the food was really good! The staff were friendly, kind and helpful. It was very clean and had great service.

Went for food Sherwin arms bramcote for granddaughters 17th birthday 7 of us ordered food off the app all food very good apart from boneless chicken wings were overcooked but was instantly changed for chicken tikka skewers also changed peas for beans excellent customer service and very friendly will come again

Hempstead Valley shopping Centre KentI’m writing to raise a complaint about the condition of the toilets at your Greene King pub in Kent.
I visited the pub around a month ago and reported to a member of staff that there were serious issues with the toilets. There are two toilets: one was already out of order, and the lock on the other toilet was not working properly, meaning there was no privacy for customers using it.
I have now returned around a month later, and unfortunately nothing appears to have been done. One toilet is still out of order and the lock on the other toilet still does not work. This means customers are effectively left without a toilet where they can have proper privacy.
I also noticed cobwebs in the toilet, which raises concerns about how regularly the toilets are being cleaned and checked. Given that I specifically reported these issues approximately a month ago, I find it very disappointing that they remain unresolved.
Can you please explain why this was not dealt with when it was first reported? Are the toilets actually being checked and cleaned regularly, and are staff carrying out the necessary inspections?
I would appreciate this being investigated properly and the issues being resolved as soon as possible. Customers should not have to use toilet facilities where there is no functioning lock or privacy, particularly after the problem has already been reported.
I look forward to hearing what action will be taken.

Visited Primrose Farm in Wigan. The new carvery update is actually ridiculous- why should we have to wait for a member of staff to come and get us to tell us we can go get our food?? The poor couple next to us were the same, he had finished his food before his wife was “allowed” to go and get her carvery. Won’t be returning.

We just had a lovely lunch at the Foxhunters pub in whitley bay. We were served by Wendy who was lovely and asked us if our meal was ok and if we needed anything we only had to ask. She has a nice polite manner and is often in when we go. She deserves this review.

I've read recent reviews from other people and am happy to say that the Signal Box in Coventry is the complete opposite. We had a pre-booked table for 10. Arrived on time, tables were ready and located in a nice corner in the adult area. Discussed with Jordan best way to order the meals so that they all came out at the same time and was given table service. There were no complaints at all about the food, several people ordering steak (which can be cause for complaint) and all were cooked as requested. I was kept upto date with an itemised bill once the mains were ordered and again after the desserts. Paying the bill in full at the end. During our visit, the staff although busy, were friendly and polite when doing their compulsory checks and made us all feel welcome. As I use this location on a regular basis it is good to see that standards are not dropping despite the financial pressures on the business and am happy to suggest to friends and family the "Signal Box" as a place to go. The friendliness of the management and staff just enhance the experience that much better.

Went to the Compleat anglia in Norwich ordered two roast dinner at 1911 at 2015 dinner arrived beef was overcooked not very nice meal not worth the £17 each for meal

Only get a 1 star as no other option

Went into the picture House
Cheese burger and fries burgers were burnt
Wife had 3 plates chicken wings (raw pink in the middle) chicken tenders (crispy outside (raw inside ) cooked in old oil food was the worst I've ever had we left instantly and left the food both were stuck to the toliet pot it completely ruined our night out.

Avoid this place unless you want to visit a doctor food is disgusting

Went to the Rose & Crown in Stratford upon Avon on the 28th August around 7.45pm. Waited at the bar for 10 minutes, with 2 people at the side of me who was waiting before me. A group of 6 locals walked in and 1 of the 2 girls behind the bar went straight to them and served them straight away. She walked down to the till in front of me, put the money in the till, looked straight at me and then walked away and served some more locals. I think this is ignorant of her so I told my wife to put her coat on as this is not a place to come for Food and Drinks if you are a visitor to Stratford upon Avon. I hope the 2 people that was still waiting did the same.
I would not recommend this pub if you’re a visitor.

We went to watch Ipswich v Man U at the golf pub. Aware the table was reserved from 6 pm we arrived at 16.40 to watch bulk of match and have a meal and drink. The drinks came with the waitress saying were we aware of the table needing to be free at 6pm. We replied yes. The table ahead had just received their meal but it took another 20 mins for our mains to arrive at 17.15pm. The waitress came to advise two tables a table of 3 gents and another table of grandparents with grandchild they needed to leave their table at 17.30pm. They left and the people on the table in front of us had finished their meal and left. I was still eating until nearly 17.45m but then the waitress came and told us she had said she told us we needed to leave the table by 17.30 pm which did not happen. The fact I was still eating a meal, observed a reserved table from 18.00pm which we had agreed to vacate by that time due to meal being ordered but only delivered at 17.20pm. The waitress advised some team member had agreed for the people to set up earlier than 18.00pm. We argued the point that if this was the case then the sign should be stating earlier. The reservation sign clearly specified the table needed to be clear by 18.00pm. My husband finished his drink and we left!

We waited half an hour and left because we didn't even get any drinks in all that time! It was only a lunchtime so expected better. What made it worse was watching the server walk past us numerous times with dirty plates etc to the kitchen. Why couldn't she have served our drinks then done that!? Or am i missing something!? We had ordered drinks and food but the service was so slow we couldn't wait any longer. The place was understaffed and the two servers were overwhelmed.
I even heard one server say she had had enough!
By this time we were so hungry and thirsty we left to go elsewhere- where we got served immediately!

Went here for a family meal. Staff were so accommodating. We were served by Jack and Harvey, great couple of lads and so helpful. Cheers gents

The beef burgers was pink, not fully cooked, asked the member of staff could she just take it and microwave it for a minute or two, she said no problem we will just do you another burger, ok, well that came and admittedly not as pink, I just called it a day and asked for a doggie bag and I did give it the dog when I got home. Also the Carr Mill Public House you now got to enter your car details on the iPad inside, so you know what the whole idea of this is for don’t you, the lure is pub grub, a beer and hope you overstay your welcome in order to screw you on parking charges…the Carr Mill Public House is already suffering with low customer volume and I think coupled with a chef that cant cook burgers right, even after his or her second attempt, and also throw in that they are now trying to get most of its lost revenue via their parking trick, this is one place I and my family, who used this pub prior to all this regular, well, we will now start avoiding it like the plague, it’s gone right down the dumps. You just lost 6 regular customers old boy, see you at the Saints game, this will give you a clue of who are the customers you will never see again. Not your fault matey, times are tuff and you probably told them that it’s not a good idea, but a terrible chef and a parking scheme will finish that place.

Sunday lunch at the Hare and Hounds, so poor it beggars belief, a mushroom (wild) pasty ,with mushrooms so wild they had absconded so they had used little cocktail onions as a substitute, the veg was practically non existant , a small slice of parsnip and a spoonful of boiled cabbage , then roast potatoes or boiled potatoes with a transparent raincoat on them, gravy or some form of jellylike brown substance.Then a trio of roasts 😱I could go on but I won’t be going back🤔

Counting House Blackpool

Been going to the Counting house in Blackpool many times.
i just wanted to say how much I enjoy the place. the tasty food is great value and the drink prices are absolutely awesome.

You seriously can't go wrong with the Counting House.
The staff and management are brilliant and very friendly and always have a smile on there face.

Always clean and inviting.
