Absolute Scam Company

They have no products for sale ever. I messaged and emailed and waited. There has never been anyone from Greendropship.com that has ever answered anything. Total scam company that takes your money and delivers absolutely nothing. Next stop will be BBB and then the DA in Lebanon PA

Their website and customer service is a joke. I paid the money and then could never access my account. They have someone else’s name on my account that I have no idea how it got there. I have repeatedly asked for help. No one reaches out. I’ve told them I can’t access my account and I am ignored. I will now be pursuing a refund through different avenues. In my opinion, this website is a scam therefore I will be disputing the charge.The best part is Shopify recommends them. I’m done with all of it

Greendropship is a Total Scam – Stay Far Away

This company is an absolute joke. They advertise a massive selection of products for dropshipping, but the moment you pay, you realize you’ve been conned—they have almost nothing they claimed to offer. It’s bait-and-switch at its finest.

I had to fight tooth and nail last year to get a refund after they misled me. They dragged their feet and played games until I had no choice but to file a chargeback. Guess what? Here we are again. Despite canceling everything and making it clear I wanted nothing to do with them, they had the audacity to try charging me an annual fee out of nowhere. Once again, I had to file a chargeback.

And here’s the kicker—my bank refunded me instantly. That only happens when a company has so many chargebacks that banks don’t even bother investigating anymore. That should tell you everything you need to know. If Greendropship took your money, don’t even bother dealing with their so-called support—just get your bank to reverse the charge.

Speaking of support, they claim they’ll respond within a day, but that’s just another lie. It’s been four days and counting. Last time, they ignored me for a week, waited until I filed a chargeback, then suddenly replied saying, “Oh, we can’t help you now because there’s a chargeback in progress.” It’s a transparent scam cycle.

This isn’t a real business. Their entire model revolves around tricking people into paying for nothing and making it as difficult as possible to get a refund. Save yourself the headache. Avoid this company at all costs.

It's not worth buying here.

Products were terribly overpriced when their produce were not even fresh. Asking the staff about the freshness of the fruits and veggies would only give you a rude and awfully condescending response. It;s not worth buying here.

Stay Away from this pretend company

Placed one order. 1 week and no tracking number and not shipped! Zero customer service. They do not answer the phone. Your only able to communicate online with a Zendesk computer bot that cannot provide any service, it's just a chat bot to try and make you feel as though your getting service. Tried twice to cancel the order before it was canceled, Then they charge me a 25% restocking fee for something that was never shipped!!!!!!!!!! What a racket, charging for something that was never done! If the product was actually shipped and returned, a shipping charge and restocking fee would be appropriate. This borders on criminal activity, charging for something you never do.
I tried asking the chat bot to explain how a company can charge a restocking fee for something that does not have to be restocked, the robot answer was it's their policy. I want a company where I can charge people for things I don't have to do. I terminated my service contract with these worthless, unreliable, undependable, con artists after this and that took several days of going around in circles with an online chat bot. The moral of this story is that anything is legal if you can get away with it.
PS. Their product database is a total disaster which I brought to the chat bots attention numerous times and nothing was ever done. Products mis categorized, quantities not accurate lead time fields empty and on and on. If your looking for a dropship nightmare their the company for it.
Their response to this is total BS. Their Better Business Bureau ratings speaks for itself.

Greendropship.com the WORST Provider in the Market!!!

Greendropship.com is by far the WORST dropship supplier you can ever found, I selected them to my store, their pre-sale team seems to be very professional which makes you believe you will be dealing with a serios company but that was just a façade, I’ve tried for three entire months their services, and this is what I’ve got:
1/ They don’t respect the merchant, their support team doesn’t really want to solve the problem, all they do is regurgitate template-based responses with no clear resolution.
2/ I’ve asked many times to speak with their management team, they don’t have one or the one they do it’s not professional enough to show off, all the requests were ignored and all you will get will be those template-based responses again.
3/ Their warehouse team operated disconnected form their own system, they constantly miss your order and/or they often deliver orders which had been cancelled 1-2 days before.
4/ They don’t process your refund on-time, we’ve got very close to 35% of our orders cancelled by the channel because they fail to deliver on time (another evidence they are not taking our business serious) and they still haven’t processed all the refunds, every time you send an email you will get that template-based response with no clear resolution.
5/ I have my online business for more than 2 years, over the past three months after I contracted greendropshipping.com my store was suspended over 3 channels due to the high number of auto cancelation either because they fail to deliver 7-8 days after the purchased or they deliver a very bad product/ pack damaged and products with past due date.
My sincere and honest recommendation for you is to stay AWAY from this company as much as possible, they will get your money and make your store fail on every aspect of the service, they are not serious in doing business, the support staff is terrible, the management team is scared, no one will really put any effort to o their own job, please don’t let this documented lack of competency ruin your store!

GreenDropShip.com Is a Complete SCAM (Read ALL The 1 Star Reviews)

The reason I wanted a refund was because they lied about what products they had available, they also lie about being a wholesaler. They are a buyers club at best. Real wholesalers need a sales tax license. I immediately requested a refund and have been fighting with these punks ever since Feb 1st of 2023! (it's now 4/23/23 fyi)

BIG UPDATE: They actually requested me the following to "allow" me to get a refund:

"Hi Nathan,

I hope you are doing well and thank you for your patience.

While the team is waiting for confirmation, with regard to the negative reviews (TrustPilot) that we also discussed, can you kindly provide an authorization letter you authorize the removal of negative reviews? Once done, please submit it, and rest assured that I will do my best to expedite the refund process.

I came to a deal with this horrible company to remove most of my review for them to give me a "no more hassle" refund. I would have just removed it, but they said they would give me a "prorated" refund, meaning the longer they screwed around, the more money they got to keep... So this is my "prorated" review.

I recommend staying away from them.

Seriously.

Go elsewhere.

UPDATE: They said they would refund me, then never did as well. So if they tell you they will refund you, you better save the email and send it to your bank immediately.

Again, they are liars and they will do whatever they can to keep your $149. Try going to a place called KeHE instead it's free. This company is a bunch of thieves, their main income source isn't through selling "wholesale" to you. In fact, they can't sell wholesale because you need to have a sales tax ID to actually do business with a true wholesaler. Meaning the stuff they do sell is over priced and your margins are smaller.

These people should resign their business and go picking up trash off the side of the road... I.E. prisoner.

Avoid this wholesaler

Avoid this wholesaler, they are the worst I have ever seen.
Customer service is non-professional, the shipping deadline is over 20 days, and I have an order that took over one month.
They must be shut down cause they harm your business and customers will not come to you.
Awful company, run away from them.

Green drop ship do not honor their cancellation or return policy they have to look into it

Honest feedback. August 27th I enter into agreement. Not fully understanding the agreement. I understood it that I will be able to sell my own products my handcrafted products by yourself. Once my husband told me that that is not the website to do that on. I canceled the service before I even use the service. I did not use the service not even for one second. Within the 7 days what's up I requested I request cancellation and a refund on September 1st. Here it is October 3rd and they still have not honored my request. After I explain to them what happened. It's like going to a store purchasing the wrong item. You go to take the item back unopened unused. And they tell you fill out a request form and we will have to look into it. And you will have to fill out five request forms and still wait for us to look into it. This is the biggest scam from a commercial website. Robbing the customer of the cancellation and refund money. I look at this as a dishonorable company. If I don't receive my refund in 10 business days. I will post all of my email I saved from you guys asking me to fill out five request forms. I will also post your constant annoying response. And that is we will look into it and let you know. You didn't look into it when you took a customers $145 no you didn't. So we have to take this to court I'm well prepared with all my emails so I hope I received my refund in 10 business days or I will start my action

I started an account with this so called company and listed their products and when I did and get an order from my customer, I went ahead and tried to place an order for my customer, for some reason their system wouldn't let me place it, it kept saying that shipping calculation is not available now so I waited and kept trying again for 2 days and still couldn't place my order, so I had to apologize to my customer and canceled the order and requested a refund, ben from their office promised me that the refund will be processed by the end of the month, I trusted him and now he is not even replying to my emails and another support tech starting talking to me and sent him an email explaining what happened to me and now he is not replying either, I just wanted my money back, I really don't know what to do to get my money back now, these are thieves after I posted this review in here they contacted me and said they will refund the money by the end of the month, will wait and see.

Customer Service Was The Wake Up Call.

I joined Greendropship in early August 2021. I tried contacting customer service several times during their hours of operation but there was rarely anyone available. Then I called and opted for sales and of course someone answered that call. They asked me why I wanted to cancel my membership, I told them if customer service is not available when you need them then I had doubts how they would handle my shipping. I tried using chat but that was the same story, After so many tell tale signs of something not being right, I went to the BBB and saw the complaints there, saw the reviews here, then decided to cancel my membership. The products were nice and I did alot of work on my website but I am definitely on the road to recovery. I actually got a refresher course on what it takes to build a profitable business. I'll admit, it was a temptation to go the easy route but it's common sense to thoroughly research any venture.

I never in my life come across a company so incredibly established and awful as this.
* Overpriced!
* Their inventory is never accurate. They claim in having hundreds in stock but in an entire month they don't ship, no notifications nothing!! Resulting in many angry customers and bad reviews!
* A lot of times you won't get a response in 4-6 months even refunds for lost packages. And you only receive a response when contacting them.
* They completely ignore calling you when you made an phone appointment

Very deceiving

Very deceiving, looks nice in the beginning until you place your orders. They re just dropshippers themselves, the only difference is they charge $149 a year to buy from them. Placed two orders just to try their service, it took a week to fulfill the first one, the second one is in "process" for almost two weeks now. Do yourself a favor and Stay Away from them. This is a Scam. We all need to write Inventory Source, so they can remove them from their list of suppliers. Stay Away from these guys, they just want to take your $149 and run for the hills
