A most positive and refreshing experience from beginning to end. From honest and informed technical advice and great communication, coupled with competitive pricing, through to James, a very personable and world-class professional heating engineer, who arrived on time and completed the installation in a timely and most efficient manner.
Highly recommended. Thank you very much!

Lies and more lies
Watched one of the salesman today blatantly lying about adding 14percent of the house value and also calculated savings based on all exported energy being sold to Octopus for 31p per kilowatt
Shameful

# Green Central — Under New Ownership
**Green Central is now trading under new ownership as the renewable energy side of the Boiler Central group, backed by a private Yorkshire investment group.**
Green Central was originally developed to help homeowners make the move towards cleaner, more energy-efficient homes, with a focus on renewable and low-carbon technologies.
Following financial difficulties experienced by the previous company associated with the brands, Green Central moved into new ownership alongside Boiler Central and its associated assets.
**The Green Central operation trading today is separate from the previous company associated with the brand, with a new team and new investment behind the business.**
We recognise that historical reviews and information relating to the previous operation may remain online. We believe it is important to be completely transparent about that history rather than try to distance the Green Central name from it.
Our focus now is on building the next chapter of Green Central and giving homeowners straightforward advice, competitive solutions and a level of service that earns their trust.
Green Central specialises in renewable and energy-saving technologies, including **solar PV, battery storage and low-carbon home energy solutions**, helping customers reduce their reliance on grid electricity and take greater control of their energy costs.
The new owners are investing in the Green Central brand, technology, customer journey and operations, with the ambition of developing it into a trusted national renewable energy business.
Like Boiler Central, Green Central retains strong **Yorkshire roots while serving homeowners across the UK.**
**New ownership. New team. A greener future.**
Solar Panel Quote - Lies from the salesman
We got someone to come out to give us a quote for solar panels and a battery. Really disappointed that the salesman lied to us and gave us false information despite mentioning that some solar companies had had to pay huge fines for miss selling solar energy. Do your own research!!!
A few were that he told us that our house value would go up a minimum of 14% (and then threw in that some sources would say that our house value would go up 20% but of course they could only mention minimum figures. The pdf he then sent us said that our house value would go up 2%.. He also said that we couldn't get more than 13 solar panels because that would produce the max amount of excess energy we could sell back to the grid before we would be considered a commercial business (this is just a complete lie). He also told us that he wasn't on commission, which I cant disprove but I dont believe him. Also, they are encouraging you to take a 15 year finance option at a rate of 11.9% and trying to make this sound like a good deal.. it is not.

Fabulous staff and engineers
From start to finish it’s been a brilliant experience I put an enquiry though the website and was contacted by nikki in customer sercice who asked me a few questions and booked me in for my consultation with Chris, he was very informative and helped me with the solar design. I then got a welcoming call and advised of a date. The install came and it was a very smooth process from the installers very polite and was done in a day they took all the rubbish and cleared up what they could. The office called and checked in with me through the day and were very polite and answered all my questions. Can not recommend enough!!!
