They charge a 1350$ warranty transfer fee when selling your house that is not disclosed in the contract. They also over estimate how much the panels will produce and reduce your electricity bill.

DO NOT USE GREEN BRILLIANCE; THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS, AND WILL ATTEMPT TO IGNORE YOU COMPLETELY
With Green Brilliance, communication has been poor, sporadic, and in many cases nonexistent. My "point of contact" was indicated as Adam Clark, a man who did not introduce himself, nor return any of my emails or telephone calls. The only time I heard from him was 7 weeks into the project, when he realized an error from the accounting team. Responses to my inquiries by others have often taken multiple days, into the following weeks, and even then, only partially addressed. Promises for follow up telephone calls have time and again gone unfulfilled. With all this, we are now 20 weeks since the signing of my contract, and have yet to get started.
My sales rep, John Lee, indicated 7 weeks as a timeline from signed contract to system installation and Permission to Operate. I questioned the timeline as being realistic, and was assured the completion date would be accurate. It is now clearly the case that this was a sales pitch to get my business, and Green Brilliance had no intention of adhering to their promised schedule. Adding to this is the fact that the team waited 6 weeks to address the design, and only as a result of my inquiries. I should not have to keep the team on task; that is a professionalism for which I'm paying.
I was told the original design would not satisfy fire setback requirements, which is incorrect. I, not the project team, discussed the design and setbacks with DC's solar team, who indicate it indeed will comply. It's become abundantly clear that the design is fine, but Green Brilliance was lying to me with the hope that as a common customer, I am not educated on the subject matter. This is clearly an attempt to change the design in order to save money on conduit, wiring, and the electricians' time, while sacrificing my system's production. My attempts to resolve matters with multiple employees only resulted in them passing the buck to one another, with delayed responses, excuses, and showing a complete disrespect for me and my time.
With no help from these employees, I finally attempted to contact the President, Sumit Bhatnagar, to no response. Instead, their customer relations manager Emma Danh called me, offering to be my new point of contact, apologizing and assuring me she would take care of the matter. She too, passed me off to another employee, Amir Syed, who went on to attempt cancellation altogether.
They now refuse to reply to emails or answer my telephone calls. Companies should not be allowed to cut off a customer that questions delays caused by the company, and admitted as such.
