This company has systematically ripped us off for months. We have been using their fuel card with the promise that they will provide diesel at a discounted price from the pump price. They actually charge less than the pump price but then add VAT and pocket the difference. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE they provide documentation that is meant to cover this up. Next stop Trading Standards, I am furious!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid using greenarc fuelcards, they are putting surcharges on on some garages and charging over the pump prices without notifying you on others.keep an eye on your invoices if you're already signed up to them.

Super easy to use, good selection of locations, cards came quickly, competitive pricing and most importantly excellent service from our account manager Joanne H who made the onboarding process pleasant, efficient and personal. Joanne checks in regularly so I’m happy to say any problems that may occur would be handled swiftly.

Time wasters! Ignore their sales calls. Days & weeks of calls saying they can offer 15p per litre under pump price despite me telling them they couldn’t, trying to get £6 per card out of me in the process. Finally agree to not charge for the cards when I wouldn’t budge, receive the cards only for their price to be 3p under pump price. Do not let this company charge you for fuel cards based on prices they can’t deliver on.

I found Greenarc to be extremely professional and efficient at all stages of providing and installing a new oil tank. Sean, the surveyor, was patient, informative and friendly and I felt no pressure to buy. He made the process easy and the installation was on time and trouble free. Georgia oversaw the process and was helpful with all aspects.

I've recently signed up for fuel cards with a gentleman called Bradley Johnson, great service, prompt turnaround, and is quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend if anyone is looking to save £££££
