Solar cable
Don’t bother ordering from them if you actually expect to get what you paid for.
I ordered a Doncaster solar cable reel and they just sent some random Chinese one instead, no message, no warning, no asking if that’s acceptable. Just swapped it and shipped it.
After I complained, I had to send it back. It’s now been 14 days since the original order and they still can’t tell me when or if the correct one will be available.
At this pace, I might actually get the cable just in time… for next winter.

Product arrived very quickly. As it turned out we didn’t need the EV charger in the end and returns was so easy and money back into my account the day it was received back.

Good price but had a small problem with…
Good price but had a small problem with communication about delivery delays but we're quick to rectify the issue but then DPD further delayed the delivery by not attempting to deliver and leaving the parcel at their collection point.

Great service
Fast delivery (on Green to go part, not DHL that took an extra day to deliver- not Green' fault). I had to call right after buying the EV box to check something, and the help I received was very good.

good recovery
After sending an updated battery which was unfortunately incompatible with my system they managed to source an older model that was compatible with my solar batteries
