Another great buy.
I have purchased items from Green Feathers for myself previously and was very impressed with both the quality of the products and the service from them. Because of this, I decided, when my wife,s brother had a birthday coming up, we would buy him something from the large array of items that they sell.My brother-in-law was over the moon with his present and can,t wait to set it up.

Dreadful after sales service.
Dreadful after sales service. I have five of the cameras. Two have gone wrong. One was three years old and just stopped working. Green feathers were very dismissive. Just switch it off and on again seems to be their default help. When that didn't work, which I had tried before I contacted them, I never heard from them again. Now the replacement, which I bought in January 2026 has gone wrong. Guess what I have been told what to do!! I am now trying to get a response to my emails and failing so far. If this continues, I will be stopping the credit card payment.

Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback on the issues you've experienced here. I am very sorry to hear you've had some problems with your bird box cameras.
It's been very busy for us this nesting season and so unfortunately there have been some delays in our response times lately. I can see that we have now replaced one of your cameras under our 3-year warranty.
I'm afraid the second camera was outside of our guarantee. While we do try repair older cameras wherever possible, because something had damaged the cable on the camera we knew we simply didn't have any replacements for this. There has been some tweaks to the hardware in these cameras over the years and unfortunately we no longer have any spare cables from when that camera was made.
I understand that this is disappointing but please don't hesitate to get back in contact with our support team if you have any further queries we always try to help where we can.

Easy to set up and install, some features requires IOS device, bad cloud service
Bought a 3rd gen bird box camera, it was easy to set up and install, working fine with the mobile app, however it only works with that. Tried their every guide to make it work on computer, none of them worked, the camera onvif feature seem to be disabled, and there is an option for it to enable in the app, I just get a blank white page trying to turn it on. I purchased a camera for 200+$ and currently it has less features than a 30$ ip camera. Also their application is functioning very bad. I purchased an online storage to view the highlights that the motion detector caught, and when there are multiple videos, and I select one to play, a lot of times it just does not play because loading error, when it plays it always starts to play from the first video of the day. Way overpriced which would be acceptable if they provide a functioning software for it, but its not the case. I wrote their support regarding my problems, if they answer/fix it, I will update my review.
Update:
They responded and it seems like, as of the writing this review, the ONVIF feature which is required that you can watch the camera on your local network from computer, is only switchable from IOS device, so if you plan to use this feature, consider that you need an IOS device to enable it.
Their cloud service they offer for the camera(for a monthly subscription) is still working bad, most of the videos are not getting saved in their cloud, and not accessible to watch back later, I switched using a local SD card, it works fine with that.
Updated to 4 star because most of my issues were solved.

Great company
Great company. Our owl box is super strong. The company were excellent when DPD failed to deliver the next day and promptly refunded the difference. We are looking forward to buying nesting cameras!
