DVR not working.
DVR not working.
I had a DVR box that was a few years old and had stopped working. I found out the problem was the switch.
After speaking to head of helpdesk, Stephen Sheppard went out of his way to find another switch and send it to me.
Great service and will use them again for sure.

Perfect hedgehog house
Good price for a hedgehog house of a good size in the sale. Ordering and delivery very smooth. Hedgehogs quickly moved in as it is sturdy, minimises draughts and is also accessible to check cleanliness, etc.

Excelent customer service.
Finally got my Xmas present up on the garage wall and was thrilled with the clear photos/video it produced.
When it sadly the night vision stopped working the team were really helpful and talked me through various checks and then when these did not work immediately sent me another to replace it. Swapping over was a bit of a pain but delighted it is back up and running and just waiting for the daily single night time visitor to have a mate and settle into family mode. Brilliant product, very patient customer service A1 all round. Can't fault.

Not only does the camera go off line…
Not only does the camera go off line regularly in a very good wifi area but the app is useless as you cannot report a problem. Not at all impressed

Thank you for getting in contact. I am very sorry to hear about the problems you were having with your camera going offline.
For any app or product issues the best thing to do is contact our support team, which I can see you have done.
I can see from our correspondence that it looks like your camera was having some compatibility issues with your extender/mesh system. I'm afraid IoT devices can often struggle to connect to multiple Wi-Fi access points that share the same SSID (Wi-Fi name). This can be easily worked around by either adding a new Wi-Fi extender with it's own SSID, or changing the settings of your existing extenders.
Hopefully you were able to get yourself up and running but please don't hesitate to get back in contact if you have any further questions or if we can help with anything else.

Rubbish customer service
Despite multiple attempts to contact this company to resolve an issue with the box I have had no response. Absolute sham. Cannot rate the product fully as have been unable to use it. Despite promises of 24 hour call back all I have received is AI nonsense replies. So disappointing as the product was not cheap and was bought as a present. Very annoying to keep receiving emails asking me to review when I am Unable to use the product so I have finally decided to leave a negative review. Not something I do lightly. Save your money. The camera does not fit in the box at an angle allowing you to see any birds.

We have included an AI response tool to try and get customers a quick reply with some basic information and it should pass this over if it can't resolve the issue. Admittedly it can sometimes get this wrong so please accept our apologies for this.

Good product- but:
First of all, I would purchase this product again.
However:
1. I have two of these bird box camera kits, one purchased last year. The roof on the year old box is starting to warp- still serviceable but will need to be replaced if this continues.
2. The bolt that mounts the camera inside the box was missing.
3. Mounting the light inside the box requires "local engineering". A few predrilled holes would help.
