Slight booking delay
As previous travellers with GRJ we tried to make an online booking but all attempts to pay failed. I rang the following day and was advised that they were aware of a problem with their server. However, our details were visible and I was able to book very easily and quickly by phone.

The consultants were very helpful but…
The consultants were very helpful but nobody got back to me regarding the amendments I wanted. I had to keep phoning for updates. I cannot understand why amendments such as flight changes or extensions cannot be dealt with immediately as is the case with other tour operators.
I would have expected an email confirmation of my booking not to have to wait for something to be posted. It seems quite an old fashioned system.
