Great Pacific travels were very easy to deal with , and have great deals.
I travelled to Thailand with my wife & teenage boy.
Very good deals and it delivered everything and more
Will use this company again.

I had booked a holiday to Cairns in Far North Queensland in July/August 2023. We had a great time thanks to Silky our agent. The hotel was very good as was the transfers from the airport. All went smoothly. A few emails to Silky were required for transfer but the hotel vouchers were sent to me very quickly in the process. Hotel staff were excellent as they remained on duty for us to check-in after midnight due to our flight being late in arriving into Cairns.

Only gave 1 star as there was no zero rating!

Worst holiday ever. From a pre covid to 3 years later it's been nothing but a drama.
Flights were the worst!
Hotel was nice but rock hard beds.
Tour provided was absolutely terrible.
I've travelled extensively and always make my own arrangements never again will I trust a travel company!

Kata Palm Resort, Karon Beach, Phuket. Had lots of phone calls to Silky as I had concerns that the paperwork slow in coming through. Great Pacific and Silky were great getting back to me and were very efficient and eased any worries I had

Booked a 9 day Phuket holiday with Great Pacific Travel and dealt with Silky. She was excellent!
Great communication, understood what we needed, organised the flights we wanted and was very responsive.
Very smooth operation from start to finish.
Would definitely book with Silky again.

We went to Thailand and phi phi Island. 10 days in total. Very well organised by our agent Silky. Car transfers...boat transport...hotels ..cocktail vouchers...all organised and made the trip easy and awesome!

Great Pacific were great to deal with and everything we booked was great.
Silky was so good to deal with , I had numerous calls to her and she solved everything.
I will definitely be booking our next holiday with Great Pacific travels.

If their was a no star review this is what I would give great pacific travels. We booked a family holiday for four to khai lak in 2020 covid hit and we couldn’t redeem our vouchers , Great pacific travels told us no refund but you will have a credit.After endless phone calls and emails we are no better off just out of pocket thousands of dollars and frustrated. Still no holiday or Refund. Great pacific travels if you can not supply us the holiday we paid for Refund us.

Booked a trip because through a wowcher voucher Due to go June 2020, cancelled because of Covid promised a refund in March 2021 then April 2021 still no refund. Avoid this company

I was not an easy customer, but Sebi at Great Pacific travels helped me all the way. I booked a very inexpensive trip to Cairns and Port Douglas. There were requested changes and several phone calls around possible Covid issues that were unfolding daily. Sebi assisted with everything. When I arrived in Cairns, the accommodation was too far below expectations and a last minute change was required. Sebi assisted me with this throughout. Port Douglas ran smoothly throughout. I am glad I booked with Great Pacific travels because they were always helpful and reassuring in these uncertain times.

I booked a holiday to Thailand with Great Pacific Travels.
My agent Harry, was very helpful. He gave good advice re:flight times and recommendations about the ferry he booked for me. I left it to him and he has covered all our accomodation and transfer arrangements.
He was available to take my calls and responded to my emails promptly.
Based on the customer experience I received from Harry I would use this company again.

A big thank you to Great Pacific Travels particularly to Subir. At first I was very sceptical about the deal as it was too good to be true and I have never bought travel package through Group On. I was wrong! The whole journey was seamless, hotel was amazing. My whole family had a great time and we'll definitely use Great Pacific Travels again. The service was great, they were accommodating and answered all my concerns. Great Job!

Worst travel company to deal with. Pathetic service and all false promises. It's fraud company. Please do not trust them as they cheat on your hard owned money. Please do not trust such fraudsters..

We really had a great experience with Greatpacifictravels...this was a family holiday and was one of the most memorable trips. Everything was well planned by them... Hotel accommodation was excellent. The transportation provided to us was always on time and we didn't have to wait anywhere... Sightseeing was planned wonderfully well. Looking forward to more such trips with Greatpacifictravels. Thanks to Sebi who planned and managed our tour... Keep me posted with such deals and tours for future also... I would highly recommend them for a holiday.

Promised refund, then ignored.

Great Pacific Travels (AUS) confirmed I was due a refund and has since ignored all my emails. I've been dealing with TEAM LEADER MONTY.

After being told that the "accounts" team was on the job Monty totally stopped replying to my emails. Pathetic way to treat a customer that spent close to $2000.

I wish to advise the trip you organised for myself and Daryl to Phuket along with all of the tours along with your excellent customer services skills which went above and way beyond our expectations were fantastic.
Your patience and knowledge was also excellent
Our sincere thanks and rest assured when we next travel you will be our first point of contact.
Once again thanks for your help . We owe our excellent holiday to yourself

Flights were poorly organised travelling over 26 hours both ways, and after being stranded at the airport at midnight with a mess up from the transfer service our emails were ignored. Still yet to get a refund after having to pay for our own taxi after prepaying the whole trip. Pre trip emails were sent which were also ignored. Raj was a dissapointing travel agent and needs to improve on customer service. I shouldnt need to send 6 emails.

This company advertised a short break in Malta on the Wowcher site. You could check availability of the dates before you purchased which I did, The vouchers had to be redeemed in order to book the holiday however Great Pacific Travel contacted me the next day first of all saying they did not have flights on the date i wanted (a lie as I had already checked the airline website). They then said they did have flights but tried to get me to change the airport I was flying from, or the resort or hotel. They even tried to get me to pay extra money to them to provide the hotel that had been advertised in the first place! In short they could not provide the break they advertised, therefore as far as I am concerned it was a scam. It took numerous emails and a lot of stress before Wowcher agreed to refund my money, It was over a month before I actually received a refund,

Scammers! Promise a fantastic deal and then advise it is sold out so they can flog a cheap and nasty substitute. Beware!
Booked and paid for overseas holiday with Raj from Great Pacific Travel Australia only to be told it had sold out. (Common tatic). We agreed to a substitute, as advised it was similar, only to be placed in dreadful hotels in the middle of nowhere.
Be very wary when dealing with this company!
