Accurate delivery times. Good prices. Decent quality. Silverside and sirloins were lovely. Bacon has a fair bit of water content when frying, but grilled or air fried solved that issue.

First time order
Ordered 5kg of bavette steak and 5 packs of flat iron steak. Never had either before but will definitely be buying both again. Great quality, low price and delivery was first class. I will use them all the time now. Cheers guys

First time experience very good!
First time I’ve purchased some meat (3kg chuck) from these guys and it was really nice, fresh and flavoursome. Package was perfect, the meat was vacuum packed and it was nice and chilled at the time of the delivery due to the ice packs. Correct labelling attached to the pack also, therefore, everything spot on for first time experience! Thank you.

Good choice of meat, bought the large essentials box this time, delivery on specified date. Was very disappointed our christmas order got cancelled, hopefully this year will be better.

Not impressed today
Not impressed today. Tiny chicken, crazy amounts of fat on pork loin.
Customer service useless - say that in mid Feb they are still processing refunds and complaints from Christmas!

Excellent quality and fantastic value
Excellent quality and fantastic value. I got the 5kg minced beef, the bacon and a ribeye roast. All tasted great. The mince is the best I have had in a long time. I will definitely buy again.

Cancelled Xmas Order
We ordered our Christmas meat in early December. The order was taken and cancelled a week later, with the Great British Meat Co seemingly blaming DPD, the delivery service. We were informed by an email which I actually found in my spam folder. Firstly Great British Meat Co., take responsibility for your mistakes and don't blame other services that you employ and secondly for something as critical and important as Christmas Meat, ensure that your customers are aware of the cancellation.

Short notice cancelation
Disappointed about the short notice of having my Christmas order cancelled. It was due for delivery on Thurs 22 Dec so checked my email today (21 Dec) to make sure that everything was good. No email for today so looked further back in my inbox to discover an email on Monday notifying me of the cancelation. While I understand the reasons why (knock on effect of Royal Mail strike) it still leaves me with a big problem.
We have had excellent service from GBM Co for many years and this won't put me off using them in future. This problem is a reflection on how this country is going to the dogs thanks to decisions taken by our wonderful Government.
I hope that I can find a forerib of beef on the bone locally to replace the one that I'd ordered. Frankly I can't stand turkey and was looking forward to doing as I usual do on Christmas day, cooking the beef on my Weber Master Touch charcoal BBQ. Fingers crossed!
