Accurate delivery times. Good prices. Decent quality. Silverside and sirloins were lovely. Bacon has a fair bit of water content when frying, but grilled or air fried solved that issue.

Despite picking a delivery date 5 days in advanced the order didn’t arrive. Tried emailing no response, tried calling automated message. Tried Facebook no response. Didn’t get order til 5 days later. When I made contact no apology just a message to say this was the first they had heard from me. Been a loyal customer for 5 years but will go elsewhere next time due to the very poor costumer service

quick, efficient service, speedy delivery, safe cool packaging. excellent product. This is the fourth time of using this company and I was not dissapointed. I have bought Sirloin, lamb and bacon and all were top quality.

I placed an order nearly two weeks out…
I placed an order nearly two weeks out for a party, the day before it was due for scheduled delivery I just get a refund because it’s out of stock. I picked the date and produce purposefully, so ended up having to race to the local butcher last minute and cobble together supplies. Disappointing.

Agressive Delivery Driver …
Might have great mats but their delivery driver tried to run us off the road . We are both mid 70`s and he was inches from our rear bumper for miles . It was 8.05 am on Friday 28 February 2025 and he was delivering to St Georges Park Hilton Hotel, England Football Team Training Ground Near Burton on Trent . I have E Mailed but no response .
