Don't use online form - just call them instead!
For thesis/dissertations, the website upload is confusing and it's difficult to know that you've ordered exactly what is required for your submission criteria. I gave up using the website as I wasn't happy and phoned them instead. Over the phone and email everyone was very helpful and attentive and I was able to get exactly what I needed.

Very quick delivery on a time sensitive item. Grays were not aware of how quick we needed it. Having posted it to them on Friday I received the completed book back on Wednesday. Couldn't ask for better than that.

Very friendly and professional staff. Very attentive to detail and very quick to respond to my queries. They produced an excellent quality print and hard copy binding in a very short delivery time all for a very competitive price. I highly recommend them.
