They don't have a posted customer support that is accessible. I attempted to email them with the contact information on their policy and got an email stating they don't check this email anymore and I need to download their new app. I tried that with the login I've accessed their platform and it doesn't work. They don't have a phone number or any way to reach them. They keep billing my account and I had to dispute the charges. If I knew that it would be this much of a pain to cancel a subscription I wouldn't have signed up.

We've been using the Gravystack app with our kids for almost 5 months now. I do like how the app helped change my kids' behaviors with earning money and changed how they spent it. Initially, the promise was that each child would have their own debit card that they can use to spend out of the money they've earned doing chores. Sounds good, right? That's where the problems started. My younger kid received their card quickly. My older kid did not. So began the saga of trying to get my older kid's card (who is the one we really wanted to have their own means of choosing how to spend their money when with friends). The company's service is friendly enough... They just don't help. I don't think it is their fault. The impression I get is the problems come from higher up and/or with vendors. I want to like using the service but they need to get their **** together. For now, I suggest going to one of the other competing services (like we plan to do) and save yourself the frustration.
