One of the things I love most is how it automatically detects and adapts the accent color – such a small detail, but it makes the forms blend seamlessly with the website design. The default styling is modern and well thought out, especially the custom checkbox styles, which look much better than what you get with something like Elementor forms.

Another feature that stands out is the bulk add for choices – a huge time saver when working with longer lists. The conditional logic is also very straightforward to set up, even for more complex scenarios. On top of that, the plugin is highly customizable with PHP, which makes it easy to pull in dynamic choices from custom post types or other data sources.

Overall, Gravity Forms combines a sleek user experience with powerful flexibility, making it one of the best form solutions I’ve worked with.

They pinpointed one specific issue and identified that the remaining problems were with PayPal. Their dedication and assistance were truly impressive.

I have used gravity form for several years, and I never have doubts about it.

Worst form plugin ever, their customer support simply does not exist, no communication at all. Their non-working forms are ruining my customer's business.

A customer of mine owns the Gravity Forms unlimited license (paid license) and some forms are not working properly (these forms were working just a few days ago).
I contacted the customer support, but no reply after several days!
