Update. Order was eventually delivered by a lovely guy who communicated delays quite promptly. It would have been lovely if delays were communicated initially, inspiring more trust in an online only company.

Previous post- I am yet to receive my order and the delivery date and time have passed…also, I have not been able to reach anyone….this appears to be a scam…I would like a refund…whomever is monitoring these reviews

Scam! Paid what I thought was £71 and it came through as £171! You can't call them, no phone number, and the live chat is a subscription service.

I had a very pleasant experience with their after sales team. They responded in good time and helped me quickly with a minor issue I had. I would recommend GravelShed to friends.

As 10mm limestone chippings are a rare bird in Lincolnshire (Unbelievable I Know...) I had to order from Gravelshed for delivery. Yes, delivery was quite expensive but the unit price was pretty good which partly offset it, And delivering 2 x 850Kg bags from North Wales to Mablethorpe Next day is not going to be cheap.. Overall I'm very happy with the product and the fast delivery, I would buy from here again.

Tried to place order, but would not calculate shipping costs, just wheel of doom. Cannot speak to anyone and as no company info on site decided not to bother. Shame as they allow me to mix different size products in smaller quantities.

White Marble Chippings, great product as described, delivered on correct day with a courtesy call by helpful and polite delivery driver.

I preferred the product 1000kg in 50 20kg polybags....easy to transport by hand and empty around my Zen garden....looks amazing,shady area uplifted brilliantly 👏

We ordered a load of slate and picked our delivery date for 29th. Waited in all day and it didn’t arrive. No contact number and chat service wasn’t manned. I was told I would be contacted on email, still nothing. I complained today and was told the delivery issues are out of their hands, barely an apology. I was informed it would be delivered today…..yet here we are twiddling our thumbs. Used chat service again and like before no one there. £58 delivery for something that’s not been delivered. Disgraceful to be honest. Will be seeking a full refund and will shop elsewhere

Ordered 1000kg sand with next day delivery, appreciating this was not fully guaranteed. Received message on the same day to say order dispatched and that I could expect it tomorrow. Did not turn up, no communication. Sent a message (they don’t do phones) a couple of days later to chase which was not responded to. Next thing I knew the sand had been plonked in a neighbour’s drive. Laughably bad, don’t use them.

Ordered on a Thursday and turned up the next day. Driver dropped on driveway as requested. Product absolutely perfect.
Highly recommend.

Placed an order got a delivery date and no problems what so ever helpfull and polite emails regarding time of delivery ect, driver was great and the stones look amazing! Thankyou will be ordering again and recommending!

I purchased 4t of bagged 20mm basalt from them last week. It was delivered on time (8.30am) on a lorry by a guy with a pneuamtic pallet jack. No issues at all and the product is good. Recommended

ordered 2 ton of decrotive stones 100 bags on tuesday 15th april, I paid extra for next day delivery as I was home for Easter, never turned up on the Thursday got in contact with me and said order was going to be Saturday before 12 but again no delivery. emailed to ask.for refund of extra delivery money paid but now they don't reply to emails. stones turned up Tuesday at 4pm just short of a week when paid for next day.
