It was a good result once graves had been cleaned
However, i was continually given conflicting information about cleaning dates when enquired & felt i was being fobbed off alot of the time. I had to insist work was completed asap or i would ask for my money to be refunded. Work was completed soon after.

Brilliantly cleaned total transformation
Just visited the grave after it was cleaned and was amazed at how good it looked. It was beautifully clean and bright all lichen and mold removed and surface stains removed too (I had tried and failed but you did it) so very pleased indeed

Great service and communication
I made an enquiry online and the company quickly made contact. They weren’t pushy but explained the process and were polite and helpful. They checked what I wanted in terms of colour and explained what they would do to help the re-lettering to last.
Decent price and pleased with the result. I would recommend this company.

Gravestones levelling and repainting
Two separate jobs recently. One was to repaint the lettering on a marble cremation stone. This was executed speedily and with an excellent result. The second was to re-level a grave headstone, a much larger job. This was also carried out perfectly with sufficient photos to show work progress and expertise involved. The office staff we dealt with (Roy and Lynne) were always highly courteous and helpful. The service was faultless and was of reasonable cost given the work involved.

Although the memorial may not appear as clean as you expected immediately after treatment, the professional cleaning solution we use continues to work long after our visit. The treatment is designed to penetrate the stone and gradually draw out biological growth, algae, lichen, and staining from beneath the surface.
As the weather takes its course and we receive some rainfall, the remaining staining should continue to break down and wash away naturally. It is quite common for some memorials, particularly those with deeper or older staining, to continue improving over the weeks following treatment.
We always want our customers to be happy with the results, so please be assured that we value your feedback and will continue to monitor any concerns you may have.

had my sister’s headstone cleaned and re-lettered after 20 years of being open to the elements. Grave Cleaners were very good. The Stone looks virtually like new and the communication between myself and Grave Cleaners were very good, keeping up-to-date prior to the clean and afterwards sending photo of before and after.
