Dettagli del prodotto

US Wellness 1.5 pound skinless pork belly portions will add a new treat for the home chefs. Pork belly enthusiasm is spreading world wide with more new uses every month. US Wellness is excited to offer a 1.5 lb portion of fresh pork belly which can be prepared as a roast, steak or sliced into bacon, kabobs or stir fry. For those with food allergies NON gmo and antibiotic free pork belly has had nothing done to it since harvest. No cures, smoking or etc. Simply in the raw natural state. You are free as your imagination will allow in the kitchen. Skinless Whole Pork Belly Fresh Portion - 1.5 lbs Our farms are much different than conventional pig farms. On conventional farms, pigs are often kept in overcrowded pens and also administered antibiotics. US Wellness Meats pigs are pasture-raised on family farms. They spend their entire lives roaming and rooting in green pastures. Pigs are foragers, and our pigs are outdoors every day (weather permitting) to forage for bugs, sticks, roots, etc.  Since pigs have a single stomach, unlike the four-chambered stomach of cattle, we cannot raise a healthy animal on grass alone, so their diets are supplemented with non-GMO grains. They have never been administered antibiotics or added growth hormones.

Consistently a good cut of meat, cube these up, throw them on the smoker with your favorite rub and a little sauce at the end. Makes amazing burnt ends.

It is better tasting then big market bought. It is more expensive then the store bought conventional meat, but for the quality it's worth the money. I smoke the Pork Belly and it is delicious.
