Raw Grass-Fed Mild Cheddar Cheese is a staple in the US Wellness Meats’ kitchen. The flavor is classic and perfect for sandwiches, casserole toppings, or eating with a slice of Liverwurst. Hand-crafted in small batches from whole A2-A2 milk. A2-A2 milk has a unique protein profile that is easier to digest than A1 milk. Highest heat temperature: 102 deg. F All natural. No antibiotics or artificial growth hormones. US Wellness Meats’ cheese is sourced from 100% grass-fed dairy cows. No grain, soy free, non-GMO. Naturally higher in Omega-3's and CLA's. Vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. Once opened, it is best used within 7-10 days. Ingredients: Raw whole milk, sea salt, animal rennet, cultures. Each package weighs approximately 8 ounces.

This is the best tasting cheese that we have ever had. Great on Tacos, also spaghetti.We used this with the bison chorizo sausage in a tortilla.
