I get a little extra with the lamb. It renders real nice fat for flavoring other dishes as well. The over taste and texture of the lamb is primo!

Excellent lamb, fast shipping, always arrives frozen solid.
I am pleased with the ground lamb and also the lamb sausages. They are somewhat pricey but high quality and very good.
