US Wellness Meats’ newest version of pork chops is Boneless Pork Chops. The cut is very versatile and can be used in many ways.
Each package contains 4 (4 ounce) Boneless Pork Chops. The package averages 1 pound.
Our farms are much different than conventional pig farms. On conventional farms, pigs are often kept in overcrowded pens and also administered antibiotics.
US Wellness Meats pigs are pasture-raised on family farms. They spend their entire lives roaming and rooting in green pastures. Pigs are foragers, and our pigs are outdoors every day (weather permitting) to forage for bugs, sticks, roots, etc. Since pigs have a single stomach, unlike the four-chambered stomach of cattle, we cannot raise a healthy animal on grass alone, so their diets are supplemented with non-GMO grains. They have never been administered antibiotics or added growth hormones.

These are the perfect portion size for me, especially since I marinate them for a couple hours in dill pickle brine which plumps them up in size and keeps them moist rather than dried out porkchops.

These are the only pork chops my husband will eat. Store bought just won't do. Farm fresh taste, tender, and juicy. I'm always delighted to have leftovers with this pork.
