Yum — even my picky inlaws ( who have horrible eating habits) love this. I told them it was roast beef. I eat it several times a week along with the liver. Had vitamin & mineral panel run by my doc — perfect. Don’t have to take any supplements.

I purchase this for my dog but I like it too. All USS wellness meat packaging has the possibility of leaking when thawing so watch out for that.

Grew up eating beef, elk and deer heart and this beef heart is the best tasting, easy to prepare and just plain good. We always fry it in bacon grease, which makes it yummy.
