Used this along with some kidneys to make steak and kidney pie, then the rest for some beef stew. Taste was great, but I found the fat content higher than what I find locally and some of it didn't "cook out" and become tender like it usually does for stew.

The meat is much denser because of being raised in free ranging in pastures and responds beautifully when cooked at a lower temperature and a slower cook time than most storebought, feedlot meats. I have been a customer for a long time and started out buying liverwurst Whether liverwurst or chuck roast they are the best. Now that I am retired I look for them to be on sale.
