US Wellness Meats’ Beef Braunschweiger is a 60/40 mix of grass-fed trim and grass-fed beef liver. It comes in a fully cooked, one pound package and is ready to slice and serve.
Beef Braunschweiger is milder than Liverwurst, so it is great if you are new to incorporating organ meats into your diet. It is free of soy, sweetener, dairy, MSG, additives, binders, and preservatives.

loved it...except it was quickly turning brown on outside of product within just a day. and spoiled on the 3rd day so i don't think it was as fresh a batch as should have been. taste was excellent at first just like mom used to make so would love to buy it again if it was going to stay fresher just a little longer.

I know Liver is a superfood, and incorporating Braunschweiger is an easy way to ensure my husband and I are getting enough liver. I use it to make deviled eggs. What sets this Braunschweiger apart from all the others I've seen (especially grocery stores) is that there is no pork or preservatives or other such junk in Wellness Meats Braunschweiger. Love, love, love it!
