Packaging very loose not airtight
Have been buying
Slow roast this. Slice it up cor sandwiches. A reminder about organic beef, especially regenerative, it has a strong meat flavor with a touch of iron.
Beef rump roast gives me the most protein for the price out of other cuts of beef. I cook in Instant Pot until fall apart tender. Meat is moist and delicious. I can trust USWM that this rump roast is free of pesticides from cows that grazed 100% on pesticide-free grass. I am thankful to USWM for this high-quality rump roast. USWM has regular sales!!!
The taste and quality of this much is excellent. I feel confident I can trust the cows fed on pesticide-free grass. This is of upmost importance to me - and the main reason I chose US Wellness Meats. The price is affordable for this high quality meat.

Slow cook to make Italian beef sanwiches
I used this to make my annual Sauerbraten recipe and it couldn't have turned out more perfect! Excellent taste and tenderness!
Always reliable. I've been buying this for several years. I slow cook it overnight and it always comes out great. I add the usual onion, carrot, and celery to create a more flavorful broth.
Made some delicious jerky with this meat.
I buy this bottom round roast for two reasons. It makes for a very tasty pot roast and I like to grind my own ground beef and it works well for that.
I decided to roast is very slowly at low temps in the oven and it was very tasty. The rest I put into a pressure cooker and made a very excellent beef broth soup.. thank you!

For me, beef bottom round roast is economical and delicious. It is my first choice in roasts, as it is not too fatty, but has enough fat to be flavorful. I love eye of round, but it is more costly. I love steaks, but they are much more costly. The quality of the beef bottom roasts is always consistently very good.
