I like the fact that it is 75 percent lean. The supermarket where I shop has only 80 percent lean ground beef. (They think that lean is healthier than fat.)

This meat has a great deal of gristle. Thought maybe it was fat, however it didn’t cook out like fat would.

I was VERY disappointed with this product because I had it in the past, and it was SO good before. We have tried 4 packages now. The meat has very little flavor and fat, it cooks up dry and gets tough quickly. I recently sent an email to customer service directly, and they offered me a 15% discount on my next purchase. I appreciate the gesture, but I won’t be ordering again.
