Good value. I usually stop at their store in Abbeyleix but unfortunately it closed down . Their online store is good.

This is my third time to order with Grape & Bean. Always reliable and quick service. Presentation of the wine box is great and our clients are happy to receive them.

The hamper arrived a day late, which was annoying since it was a birthday present and the recipient went away on holiday the next day. I did note that the package spent a long time being processed by DPD, so probably not G&B’s fault. I am unable to comment on the contents as yet.

The willingness of a staff member to personally deliver a ‘last minute’ significant birthday gift (on the required date rather than having to wait for the courier service the following day) spoke volumes for excellent customer service! Thank you!

The website seemed to have issues with ordering delivery to Dublin but billing in the UK. Also, I discovered there is no messaging ie nowhere to write a birthday message (!!?!) to my 92 yr Aunt. I selected Grape & Bean as they offer Irish produce and non-alcoholic hampers that don’t include toffee or really sugary gifts. However, it’s not clear when the delivery date is. The hampers appear good, however the website really needs to be updated

Very easy and clear online site to navigate, great selection and groupings for various events and food restrictions. Timely delivery and reasonably priced. The food and beverage offerings were varied and quality!

Really liked the cheese board I ordered, very good quality. Service was excellent, easy and my order arrived very fast!

Excellent product for a gift and great service. The only issue I had was that your delivery courier just left the product that I purchased as a gift on the doorstep of the recipients home which was very disappointing, as it is a food product.

Absolutely brilliant hamper - my parents loved it and commented on how well presented it was. Was delivered early, well before my dad's birthday which was perfect as otherwise I'd be worrying it wouldn't arrive on time! There was very good communication and it was a great service from start to finish. Wouldn't hesitate to order again from Grape and Bean!
