Nicest hamper I’ve ever seen with incredible value
This is the best place I have ever ordered a gift from. They were amazingly reasonable and responsive and personally delivered my gift. They were professional and friendly and have a great array of gifts on offer. Will use again and again and again. Amazing business. Highly recommend.

I realised I had ordered the wrong wine and contacted Grape & Bean to ask if they could send the correct one instead. I was in touch with Margaret, and she was absolutely fantastic – so helpful, understanding, and quick to respond. She sorted everything out straight away, and the correct wine was sent without any hassle. It was such a smooth experience, and the customer service was top-class. I highly recommend Grape & Bean and will definitely be ordering again!

Thank you for a beautifully presented hamper consisting of wines, chorizo, various kinds of cheese, and crackers, and for efficient service. Ordered for next day delivery and we were not disappointed. Thank you to Mags for taking my calls when organising the hamper for a colleague.
