Fantastic service, from the phone called I made to ordering and receiving my item in 48 hours.
As I had ordered another tap from Salop caravans and they told me 84 DAYS for delivery.
I have used Granthams before for other items for my caravan and received fantastic service as well.

bent over backwards to fix the issue I had when the order was not right. this tells me this is a good company. great service.professional, and great communication. highly recommend them.

Great service from friendly, helpful staff.

I needed to replace the broken lock barrel in the door of my 2018 Cruach Culmor ( Swift ) caravan.
Tried two large caravan dealers in Scotland only to be told by one - they don’t supply the barrel, need to replace the whole lock and the other didn’t stock them but could get one in for me in a couple of weeks.
Found Granthams on line, they had the barrel in stock, ordered it on Thursday & was delivered on Sunday.
£20 including postage, job done, lock fixed within four days.
Fantastic service & Granthams will now be my first choice supplier for anything else I might need to keep my caravan on the road.

Ordered a replacement lock barrel for our caravan after the original has fallen out.
Very easy to find what I wanted and ordering process and the replacement was at a very competitive price.
Contact and updates as usual are very good and item was delivered today despite only being ordered on Sunday afternoon.
An excellent service all round, thank you.

The team were very good from start to Finnish, Christian in sales who was very helpful, Sheila in after sales and Dale as part of the maintenance team.

The goods were as ordered and the parcel received next day, so very good service.
But there was a gap between being advised the parcel had been Despatched (collected by whom?) and receiving the Parcel Force tracking info.
It seems to me most companies state “Despatched” when they really mean “Packed and ready for collection by couriers”. This is not the accepted meaning of Despatched.

Bought a used caravan from Granthams Retford, gave us a a very fair price for our PX.

They are honest, friendly, polite, and all staff are so helpfull, would highly recommend.

I had a question before I ordered a new caravan awning - answered promptly. Then I asked how long for delivery and was told a few days - Ordered and it was delivered the next day - brilliant service.

Caravan went in for warranty repair for replacement front window in November 2025. Grantham kindly damaged interior fittings doing the replacement and said they would order replacement trims to repair their poor work. Still waiting, several emails but nothing so given up and ordered them myself.
Fast forward to today first time out of storage and away for the week, had some rain and the window they fitted as a warranty repair leaks, we woke up to a puddle on the front table.
Checked the sealant on the roof where they bonded the new window in and there’s gaps in the sealant. These companies are supposed to be approved by Swift to carry out warranty repairs! It’s a joke.

I ordered a Thule ladder for my campervan. Grantham's had the best price, with free delivery too. I was both surprised and delighted to receive it the following day! Excellent service - many thanks!
