Work well done and fully satisfied customer
Loft Insulation and a complete central heating system, put in our home . The Guys came on the dates that was chosen by ourselves, they came promptly they were all professional and worked really hard. The quality of their workmanship was excellent. They explained how everything worked before leaving us. We also received all the necessary paperwork sent to us by e mail from Grant Store,
The Guys who came first for the loft was David Fearnley and Thomas Burke. The central heating Guys was Martin Butler , Gary Winstanley and Rico Boyd. and The electrician was Mr Williams from Stockport sorry didn't get his first name}.Just want to say thank you so very much. From Irene

Grant Store are brilliant
Grant Store were brilliant during all phases of our solar install via Solar Together initiative. We had to get scaffolding up/removed and equipment installed during other building work going on and everything went to plan. Installation teams were great and the system was installed and running in 2 days. Great customer service, someone always on the end of the phone (Zoe in our case was brilliant). Couldn't quite get the initial number of panels on the roof but we're sat here now generating our own energy from the sunshine :)

System working well
All the work was done well and on the dates planned. Staff were all helpful and the telephone response was good, no long waits. The system is working well. Only thing that could be improved is to include a session explaining use of the app and the on kit controls. There should be documentation for this too.

Dave arrived on time to survey my property 15/5/25, explained the work to be carried out, talking me through the whole process of the works to be carried out, happy with the location of boiler to be installed. Dave was very helpful start to Finnish clearly understood.

Thanks so much for sending Kenny Hughes to carry out some remedial work after the boiler was fitted. Really good brickwork and also filled in a few gaps around the new boiler ready for painting over. Fitted radiator valves too. So impressed how Grant Store fix any problem immediately. Just wish all companies were like them!

Helpful staff on phone but poor admin…
Helpful staff over the phone but admin throughout the installation process left a lot to be desired. For example:
- Needed to chase repeatedly in order to receive an installation date
- Sub-contracted installation took 3 separate visits to be completed, c. 3 weeks from original date
- Final invoicing incorrect, and
- 8 week delay and further chasing required in order to receive required post installation certification in order to register for Export, resulting in 'dumping' c. 10kwh per day in intervening period

Did a great job of fitting solar panels and battery. Answered any questions and cleaned up afterwards. The panels are working perfectly just waiting for the scaffolding to go and the certificate.

GSL did a great job installing my new hearing system and solar panels. Simon Harrington in particular was a great help, boxing in my boiler tank etc and gave me some very useful woodworking tips.

Great service for solar panels, battery and EV charger
We had solar panels, battery and ev charger fitted by GSL. Great service, everyone seemed to know what they were doing. Everything was done when they said it would be. I have been on the phone to them a couple of times with questions about the solar and ev charger setup and they have always been happy to help.

Fantastic Joinery and customer Service
I have just had my internal walls and rooms in room insulated by GSL (J West Plastering, Cardiff). Jack & Rhys did a wonderful job, they were polite and helpful and even went out of their way to work around the family and furniture! Following my insulation install. Carl Garner built a wonderful electric cupboard and went over and above by rebuilding my fitted wardrobes, cutting everything down to size after the addition to the walls. Thank you! Sooo appreciated!

Clearing of fault on new central heating system
John came to clear a fault that had happened with my boiler/heat pump. He explained everything thoroughly and cleared the fault that had stopped the water temperature increase on the once a week legionella process. He checked all the radiators and made sure everything was OK. Very pleasant and professional service again from this company.

We received great service and attention…
We received great service and attention from grant store ltd who fitted our solar panels and battery. The setup on our house meant it was a bespoke solution (more tricky than the usual) but they were actually really good at making it work, outlining their plans, keeping us informed about how things would progress. Special thanks to Zoe, but to be fair, all the team who attended were really great, professional and friendly.
