Judith visited and talked us through the process, answered all our questions and provided us with a quote on the spot. Garry came to create the templates and also to carry out the work. Both were extremely professional. Garry worked through a long day without a break and the result was/is stunning. We are so pleased with the transformation, which has completely altered the appearance of our kitchen. It is now not just attractive but functional. Would highly recommend Granite Transformations!

From the first visit to quote for worktop overlays to the final fit this company have been excellent. The whole experience from Judith giving us a quote to the templates from Cameron to the fitting by Gary & Charlie was excellent. The attention to detail was spot on. We are thrilled with our new look kitchen.

Everything from start (contact and planning stages) to finish (manufacturing and installations) was smooth and well documented and explained. Craftsmanship was excellent and performed in a clean and very organised manner by someone who clearly cares about their work and the clients. We didn't know what to expect but the end result is fantastic and we can only thank Granite Transformations for extraordinary job done.

My kitchen refurbishment in July 2022 was fantastic. No complaints about the cost, the fitting or the products. However, 2 of the “push to close” fittings have broken so I recently contacted the company to activate my warranty. What an absolute waste of time-they told me that the warranty doesn’t cover fittings & for them to replace these 2 bits of plastic & have a person pop in to attach them would cost me £130!!! Absolutely disgusting. I no longer recommend Granite Transformations as their warranty is useless. A rip off.

Staff were friendly and helpful in explaining the product and the process of installation. Arrived on time the date arranged and the fitter did an excellent job.

we had a worktop transformation done with an excellent Rep who was accommodating and put us at ease. the workman was very professional with their approach and did the whole work in 2 days with a minimum of fuss. our worktops and splashback look great would recommend them to anyone.

Ultimately the company did a good job if you need an overlay. The selection of overlays is extremely limited! On occasion I communicated with my rep without response which was frustrating. On the day of fitting the kitchen was left quite dusty, I had to wipe down all the cupboards etc which was a hassle. I chose a white overlay with a thin vein to give it a marble effect, the fitter used a silicone around the tops and upstands that was white with loads of black flecks in it - he said ‘we use this a lot because it goes with everything’. In my opinion it does not go with my clean white tops, from a distance it looks grey and close up it looks as if lots of bits have got stuck in what would have been a white silicone. I did tell the company when I made final payment that I wasnt happy with it and that I’d have to pay to have it changed down the line. Would I use the company again? Maybe reluctantly, it’s very expensive - similar to the quotes had for a solid worktop, the reason I ultimately chose an overlay was because I had a stone worktop underneath that could not be removed without risking damage to my kitchen.

Excellent salesperson knowledge helped us choose the right worktops and the ordering and site measuring service was very efficient and completed in a timely fashion. Installation by Garry was first rate, and completed in around 5 hours. I would definitely recommend Granite Transformation.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Only took a week and it was all done love our worktops they are fabulous. Would definitely recommend.

Our new worktops were fitted within 2 weeks of ordering. The work, including fitting a new sink and tap, was completed to a very high standard and with the minimum disruption. Both Judith and Garry were very professional and efficient and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Arrived on time, worked all day with out stopping to complete a brilliant finish. All in all a most enjoyable experience from quote to completion , Gary and the team superb.

Delivered what was promised. Very courteous and helpful. Work was very clean.

All was good and smooth from the beginning, but unfortunately after the fitter finished I noticed he had chipped the corner of the front of the solid wood drawer. Which he didn’t mention!!

Excellent service from start to finish, very knowledgeable, considered what we wanted, and what would work. The fitter replaced the work top and upstands in two days. He was very meticulous, proud of his work, and did an amazing job. We are very pleased with the end results, a quality product and would definitely recommend them for replacement worktops.
