Drove over to check them out, only to find they've gone out of business. The unit next door to them confirmed this.
This only applies to the Dunston, Gateshead branch, I have no info on anywhere else.

Excellent customer service and communication with measurement, delivery and installation getting completed in time as promised. So much better than the poor service I received with magnet kitchens ( which I had to cancel). It was also much more economical and greener as I was able to reuse the cabinets by moving it to the utility room. We are also impressed with the quality of the granite worktops and cabinets. Would like to thank Dave, Jo and Cindy for looking after us and would highly recommend the team.

From visiting the show room, Paul coming out to give a price, Jo doing the template measurements and David fitting it was a very pleasant experience. No hard sell. David was always on time and got on with job leaving us with a brand new kitchen in only 4 days which were are very pleased with. I would recommend 100%.

On our initial assessment Paul was very professional and did not pester us with any hard sell talk. Having made our selection from a sample we elected to visit the showroom to see it full size. A great decision because by comparison and with helpful advice we changed our selection without any fuss. The template visit was again very professional and conducted in a friendly and pleasant manner. Josh the fitter arrived on time and started work immediately. He was polite and very approachable throughout the installation happy to chat and answer any questions as he worked. He showed consideration for my disabled son's COPD condition by making his cuts outside to reduce dust and opened all windows to vent the adhesives strong smell. His work rate enabled him to complete the job in one day. Overall the professionalism of all of the staff coupled with a friendly and approachable manner made the whole experience stress free. The difference it makes to the kitchen and utility room is stunning. If you are considering overlays I highly recommend Trend to give a brilliant service.

When we visited the showroom we were impressed with the 'no pressure' sales talk from Paul. He followed that up with a home visit and searched additional information for us and encouraged us to re-visit the showroom to make sure we were happy before agreeing the final design. He also recommended two local tradesmen to do electrical and plastering work in advance of fitting the kitchen. Both proved very good workers.
It is a long time since we have had such a pleasant, skilled and thoughtful worker as David who spent the week fitting our kitchen, ably supported for 2 days by Josh. They both worked hard, were extremely neat and tidy and explained things every step of the way. The quality of the work is 5 star. We are delighted with the result. An issue with the gas hob (a manufacturing problem) was speedily resolved to our satisfaction with the help of Cindy in the office. After 5 years visiting kitchen design showrooms, ploughing through a small forest of brochures we now have a kitchen that fits what we wanted, as opposed to what someone wanted to 'sell' us. It's cost us half the price, taken half the time and produced half the waste to landfill. What's not to like?

We have owned a Trend Transformation kitchen worktop for many years and are delighted with it. Recently a spillage caused some discolouration to the surface.

We are very grateful to Lee and Josh, from the Newcastle West branch. They used their expertise and skill to remove the stain and were very pleasant and supportive.

These Guys are reliably so professional.... already had an install and then bought a New Aga and wanted to make a feature out of it They did not fail, absolutely brilliant service from start to finish the kitchen now has a double wow factor to it. Thoroughly Recommend Them.

Final stage of kitchen transformation. Once again David did the work. It looked fab before the final stage ,but now it looks fantastic. Thrilled with my new look kitchen. So pleased I chose Trend. Excellent professional service from start to finish. From the initial meeting with Paul he offered help and guidance. Jo who came and did the templating & David who did the excellent job of fitting. Nothing was ever a bother and they were always happy to help. Really happy with the end result.

Josh who is there representative at the Gateshead showroom has a very likeable personality and is a fundamental key to my wife’s decision on what surface to choose

From start to finish we were treated to a professional friendly experience. The initial contact Jo explained the process and was able to quote us a price that suited us. The follow up appointments were organised and carried out , again with a friendly manner.
The installation took a little bit longer than they stated but that only made sure that the finished article was above our expectations. Dave and his colleague ( can’t remember his name) were thorough and gave us options that turned out to be an improvement to what we had chosen. Overall we were more than pleased with the upgrade of our kitchen tops and oven.
Would we recommend them , absolutely.
