Very Happy with product but,
Very happy with the worktops, fitted by John who was very pleasant, explained everything before he started and was finished in a day and cleaned up after himself a very professional job. The reason I have only given a 4 star review is because the communication side of things with the head office and sales was very poor. When I needed to contact the office with a query I left 4 answer phone messages before getting a response, my wife had similar issues, this side of the business does need looking at because it does let you down. That said I must say that overall the product is excellent and would definitely recommend it to others.It has totally transformed our kitchen.

Labour cost disgusting for splashback only
Wanted splashback fitted over existing and all was ok until told that one days labour cost was £800 and that is without the cost of splashback. Absolutely disgusting how they can charge that amount for a days labour only. Told them no thanks. Lady at location was nice and friendly and informed us of the cost once spoken to the rep.

Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish. would highly recommend Trend Transformations, they made the process of updating a kitchen seamless.
Excellent sales representative who offered great advice ,and genuinely new about the products he was selling. The kitchen fitters worked quickly and efficiently throughout and did an excellent job.

Kitchen Rejuvenation
My worktops were old, tired and worn. I contacted Trend and was impressed with their customer service and products. The quality and choice of their granite worktops is excellent. It is a very clever product that fits over the old worktops. Initially measurements are taken and in a few days the worktops are ready to be fitted. The fitting is done in a day and then WOW my kitchen was transformed. It looks like a new kitchen but at a fraction of the cost. I would highly recommend Trend in every way.

Great product, dreadful service.
The product is excellent, I’ve used Granite Transformations twice before, the service was excellent & a perfect fitting job.
This time however, the customer service is the worst I’ve experienced anywhere, unless I chase nothing gets done, even after a management complaint. Very disappointing, I’m persisting as I know the product should be worth all the hassle & time wasting but I’m very close to asking for the deposit to be refunded.
