From start to finish a professional company, both of the fitters, Danny and Les were very experienced and extremely competent, clean and tidy. Work surfaces are brilliant and have changed our kitchen perfectly. The overall cost was much cheaper than replacing the work surfaces.

We had new worktops, doors and splash backs fitted and changed the hob from gas to induction. We are delighted with the result which is indistinguishable from a brand new kitchen. The whole exercise was carried out with the minimum of disturbance and every evening we had full use of the kitchen. We would have no hesitation in using Granite Transformations again.

From asking for a estimate and your representitive visiting along with samples and the prices we were very impressed. When the workforce arrive they made an excellent job and left my kitchen very clean and tidy very impressed with workmanship and would recommend to anyone

Excellent service and no pressure. Andrea the fitter met all our expectations, did a great job, showed great care and consideration and achieved a super result.

We just had them out for a quote. When Matthew arrived he was negative right from the start. We wanted to incorporate a Rangemaster and have the cupboards refitted and designed around it. I asked him if he had any suggestions and he said “not really.” He basically tried to talk me out of it saying “well you have a nice hob.” Thank you very much Matthew but I didn’t ask your opinion of my hob I asked you for creative suggestions on how we might achieve what we want to do. He came inside with a notebook and didn’t open it once. He took no photos, no measurements, and made no drawings. I asked him could he give us a quote and he said “yes”. We waited 10 days for the quotation and still hadn’t heard back. When I decided to contact the local showroom and ask what the quote would be, I was told they decided not to quote! They did the original kitchen and also did some upgrades to it two years ago. We now want to upgrade to a new cooker and have them build in cupboards around it. As they had done all the prior work on the kitchen, the logical choice was to have them do this upgrade too. Very disappointed to have to chase them down for the quote and then be told they “decided not to quote”. We have a 5 figure budget so I guess we will pass our business on to another company who can follow through. The company as whole might be good but my opinion is that Cheltenham needs a new inhome customer representative.

They did exactly what they said they’d do from start to finish.

The initial request took 2 attempts before arranging a home visit. The home visit was detailed and we agreed a price promptly. The installation date was agreed and 'Ted' arrived.
Ted was clearly very good at his job. He took the time required to make the new kitchen look very good. He suggested a few improvements that we had not considered and the finished job was impressive.
As for payment, this where I have not been very pleased. The payments are in three stages which is fine. However the second payment was taken in error twice. This was realised very quickly by the company, but it was still taken out of my bank.
I was informed of the issue promptly. Before this was credited back to my bank the correct final payment was taken. This meant that there was a sizeable amount of money not in my bank, this resulted in me having to use other funds.
I have to say this certainly spoiled my experience.
However I would still recommend the company and if you are fortunate to have'Ted' completing the installation you will get a good job done.

We had a new kitchen worktop overlay. From start to finish the service was fantastic. The kitchen fitter was very skilled, clean and I an very pleased with the outcome. Competitive prices and excellent quality. Highly recommend them.

Great looking worktops efficient craftsmanship, fitter was quick, clean and prompt, shame about paperwork, address wrong but postcode correct,

The new worktop overlays look great. With new handles and plinths the kitchen is transformed. The initial appointments were prompt. There was a problem with the new tap which took some time to resolve but that is now working properly. The fitters were all polite and professional.

Fabulous company and great work, we are really delighted with the way our kitchen looks… the guys that fitted the surfaces were really hard workers and respectful… I would recommend this company for a fantastic experience from beginning to end
