Excellent experience with Granite transformations
Excellent experience with Granite Transformation Bury St Edmunds. Communication was very good and the tradesmen all arrived when scheduled. Workmanship was also well carried out. Our new kitchen looks beautiful and we are very pleased with it.

Great company
Very nice efficient staff. Regular contact particularly with a logistics problem. Local showroom which enabled us to have a better viewing before placing our order. Very good replacement, doors fitted very well by efficient tidy workman.

The difference it makes to the whole kitchen
We visited the impressive showroom in Ipswich & from there arranged a home visit to have an exact cost of a Quartz worktop. The choice was made easier viewing large samples actually on the kitchen worktop.
Great communication through out especially when a production delay occurred. The fitting was carried out to a high standard by Joe with attention to detail & completed the job quickly with no mess.
I'm soo impressed with the overall finish & how much it has actually Transformed my kitchen.

Truly a transformation!
Our new worktops have transformed our kitchen. The fitters were very skilled, they did an excellent job in just half a day, with very little mess or disruption. We had to wait a long time for installation, (mainly because we chose a new product which had to be shipped from the USA) but it was well worth it! Thoroughly recommended, our kitchen now looks great!

We're sorry to hear that you're not fully satisfied with the finish of your chopping boards. We were unaware of any issues with the chopping boards, as this wasn't mentioned when making your final payment.
These chopping boards were supplied to you free of charge on this occasion. They are crafted from the granite, with polished edges. If you would like the edges to be polished further, we'd be more than happy to assist. Please feel free to bring them into our workshop.

Very happy with all aspects of this transaction, the sales team were very accommodating and helped us with selecting the right counter top. Was kept up to date with appointments for measuring and install, and the install team were very good too. Very happy and would recommend.
