I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Stone X and its owner, MO. The entire process felt unprofessional and, frankly, misleading. I was approached for what seemed like a legitimate opportunity, only to realize later that it resembled the kind of fake or questionable companies that conduct interviews just to extract free work from candidates.
After going through their interview process, I was asked to complete an assignment that required significant time and effort. I invested my energy sincerely, expecting at least basic courtesy in return—feedback, acknowledgment, or even a simple response. Instead, I was completely ignored. No reply, no update, nothing. This lack of communication is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for candidates’ time and effort.
Experiences like this seriously damage trust. If this is how they treat people during hiring, it raises serious concerns about their overall professionalism. To be honest, it also makes me question the quality and integrity of their products and services.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before engaging with Stone X. This was a waste of time and a very negative experience overall.
