Excellent company, well organised and efficient. Have used Grand Union Plumbing twice now and on each occasion have been very happy with the work carried out. Both Conner and Marco were both very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this company and will be using them for any future plumbing jobs.

Marco knows his job and he is such a friendly person everyone would love to have him work for them.

Called out for emergency on a Sunday and they turned up within 30 mins. A few hours later and repair completed. Professional and friendly service . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone

It’s the second time I’ve used Grand Union and they are very efficient keeping you informed of arrival time and doing an excellent job.

I have used Grand Union many times and always for my annual boiler service. This time I had a problem with noisy pipework and high water pressure. Marco arrived early, and while he didn't completely solve the issue, he did identify the cause which is something I can do myself. Highly recommend

Fast, reliable, and professional. They replaced my toilet and fixed my plumbing issue in record time. Quality work and great communication. Five stars!"

A courteous txt message to say when the driver is on his way, the engineer arrived exactly on time , work van was clean and tidy , engineer was also clean and tidy an very well presented , showed his ID did the work very quietly always a pleasure to deal with can’t say anything bad at all

The appointment was honoured and checks done

A 5 star experience. We had full electric heat pump central heating system installed, a very big job! Mitch and Connor were fantastic. They fully explained the process, took every precaution to look after the house and finished the job to highest quality. We are very happy with the result.

Have annual service and boiler care with this company. Great customer service & do a really good job of looking after our boiler/heating. Would recommend
