First time using the company and I would use again. The below are not criticisms as such but awareness for the service provided. I found the information for the Uber on arrival was weak. I had to ring the UK office and was told it was on the email instructions but I didn't think this was clear. Our first Uber cancelled and we were able to communicate via text with the second. The instructions potentially relate to leaving via a different exit?
It wasn't a problem for us and I appreciate this is no fault of the company but the distance from the coach to the gate was around half a mile with rocky and uphill terrain in parts. People with mobility or health issues may struggle and I don't recall this being mentioned anywhere?
All in all it was a really positive experience and would definitely try a different venue.

The organisation was top notch from the collection at the airport, transfers to the circuit and the grandstand tickets were second to none, right opposite the McLaren pits and podium views 👌

Excellent hotel in the best location. Grandstand seats were spot on. Definitely using GPGT again!

Two comments only:
1 the coach waits for an hour to collect people when we go back to the hotel; it opens half an hour after the race and you can easily access the coach in that half hour; would be much nicer when the coach waits than for max another half hour in stead of a full extra hour; people who want to drink beer have enough time during the day. ;-) most other coaches leave much faster than GPGT-busses.
2 if you don't go with the coach in the morning you have no clue where it is when you go back in the afternoon; would be very easy to send everybody both days the location where the coach leaves after the race.

The overall organisation was well done, accommodation, track transfers, seats etc were all extremely good. The only negative for me was the use of Uber rather than a conventional airport transfer. Having not been to Barcelona airport before, struggling to find the Uber pick up point rather than being met by a man with a name board was a bit of a let down. Minor point but slightly irksome.

The customer service we received from GPGT from the first point of contact to the last has been exceptional. Having been in the service industry for the majority of my working life it was like a breath of fresh air compared to so many others companies that fall short. The logistics were superb we had no worries or complaints throughout the whole trip, feedback to emails Texts etc was quick and precise so alleviating any worries. The icing on the cake was Lewis winning which was amazing to experience along with other fellow supporters. All in all the whole weekend was absolutely fantastic. So on behalf of my wife and I we would like to thank the whole GTGP team and look forward to many more F1 trips with yourselves.

I admit it I was nervous booking F1 Barcelona with no prior knowledge of GPGT. Absolutely no need for any concern. We received regular updates so we knew what to expect and have the correct documentation. Everything from the booking to the Uber pick up on the way back to the airport was seamless. Hotel choice, location, Grand Stand seats opposite Piastri’s garage and the podium. Pick ups, drop offs, couldn’t fault it. Where next!! Thanks Luke and team.

They took care of everything! It was quite daunting to see how much prep had to be done solo but everything from the travel, to the hotel was perfect.

An absolutely incredible trip. All flights and transfers went smoothly. The hotel was beautiful and the seats in the main stand were exceptional. Elias, the coach tour guide from the hotel to the circuit was extremely friendly and professional. A fantastic trip, thankyou to all at GPGT, plus an all British Podium!!!! Thank you to all involved. AMAZING!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!! Never booked an organised trip like this before & it was great. Professional, great customer experience, from the second we arrived, everything was taken care of & exactly as originally advertised. Great transfers from the airport, wonderful hotel & location in the city and brilliant weekend race experience. Already looking to sort out next trip. I bought the Barcelona F1 package for my husbands 40th birthday present. The whole experience has been faultless. Everything has run so smoothly and the communication from the company was second to none. Every query or concern I had was answered within a couple of hours. I would 100% recommend them to anybody and will definitely be using them again in future.

Easy booking experience, lovely hotel, location wasn’t the best but it did allow for good transfer times to the track. Excellent seats and a perfect racing outcome for us!

Flourless trip, everything spot on from start to finish

Super smooth booking process, they were very patient with me as someone who didn’t know much about the circuit / race format (as was booking a surprise for my husband). They made it easy to book for a large group and the whole weekend ran so smoothly.

From the initial inquiry, to the booking, the organisation was faultless. Made the experience one to remember. Would highly recommend. 👌

Booking process was efficient, good communication with staff, all enquiries were answered promptly. Tickets arrived a week ahead of the trip. Taxi transfer from airport to hotel worked well. Villa Otero Hotel in Nice was small and quiet; clean and close to the railway station. Breakfast was included and was good quality.
Brilliant seats in the Casino Square grandstand however the return train journey in the evenings back to Nice was severely overcrowded.
