DO NOT USE THIS SITE. i deposited £430 and won £700 when it came to them paying me back they said I had opened it in not my account! which is a lie and funny they didn't query that while I was depositing, they have closed my acc and ripped me off for my winnings . also questioned me about why i play at the time i played ?? which was 10pm i dont know why that is relivant .

They had problem sending me my withdrawal and after reading reviews on here I thought well looks like I’m not gonna get the money but to my amazement they kept my informed on what was happening and after about 3 days the money delivered into my account by bank transfer! Speaking with customer service each agent on there we’re very helpful and we’re able to rectify the issue promptly and swiftly will be using this casino again!

I was a member for approximately 4 years and never won enough to withdraw however last saturday 21/08/2022 I did and when I tried to withdraw my winnings they said it was a fraudulant account and they confiscated my winnings and closed my account refunding only what I had deposited on the day and not everything I have deposited over the years. To say Im a bit pissed off is an understatement.

Joined this site today, deposited £500 and played Live Roulette. Got it up to £5700 then went on a losing streak. I gave back over £5000 and put a £250 bet on The Tier section of the wheel. I had £30 straight up on number 5, 8, 10, 23 & 30. I hit number 5 with £30 on and should have won £1080… They cancelled my bet after it came in, first I thought it was something I had done as was playing in my mobile. I done the same bet and again it took my bet, the ball landed on number 30 again with £30 on the nose, again it cancelled my bet. This is the worst site I have ever played on. No customer service number, just live chat with robots who just quite gaming rules yet doing absolutely nothing to help, then they blocked me from accessing my account and unable to withdraw the £500 I had on my account. They are scammers, and will take your money but won’t give it back.

I opened my account and deposited 18/05. The site was so bad I requested a withdrawal the same day.

They emailed me to ask why I wanted to withdraw! I replied and still nothing.

Tried live chat numerous times and constantly being told they'll be in touch. They said all in a withdrawal could take up to 14 days.

They are illegally holding on to my money now.

Avoid at all costs. Utterly blatant scammers.

This is the first time using an online site which is about to scam me for my withdrawal - very concerned and wish to advise people before they sign up.

Started well, deposited funds into account, lost. Same cycle, deposited, lost. You get the picture.

There is one ongoing withdrawal with they are not paying out. On 06 May I withdrew £xxxx amount, waited and waited for up to one week but no email confirmation to inform me that it had been processed. Followed up with various communications via Live Support and Complains email and they advised it will be looked into. Over the coming days and weeks they have advised me again and again that they have processed it - still no email confirmation to prove, as per policy [7.3 Withdrawals]. I've provided my bank statement and they decided to close my account - excluded. W.T.F??

28/05 - They informed me that they require proof that I have not received £xxx payment in bank account. What the hell is going on? There are no telephone numbers to call, all people I communicate to do not take accountability with my complains. I'm left with no option but to submit an online complain to the gambling commission. It's not something I wish to do or feel necessary but my funds are not being paid, and they keep on telling me to be patient as it's been processed. Processed mean nothing to me!

If you don't want the stress or headache I'd recommend DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
Note: this is not a complaint about a gaming issue or losing as they are outsourced - it's how this company is managed and who they deal with complaints. Shocking.
